As always, food and service was excellent. I'm all about city living but Barbuzzo is just too jammed in. If you are a deuce and inside, you cannot not be part of your neighbors conversation. It does impact the experience.

This cool vibe place is friendly, and well staffed with an open style kitchen. Creative menu with ingredients applied tactfully with an appropriate touch. Smaller plates are perfect portions and served at an enjoyable pace.Def worth stopping in.
Busy little restaurant with a good vibe. Our server was spot on, as was the food. Everything we ate was great, but the whipped ricotta and the duck cassolette were just remarkable. Also, the pricing was very reasonable for the quality.

Stopped in for dinner with a couple colleagues. We came early without a reservation and they were able to set us immediately. I wouldn't try that later in the evening as the restaurant was full with a line when we left. We shared a few plates, including the butternut squash arancini, beef meatballs, branzino, caprese pizza. The arancini was fantastic. 10/10. Beef meatballs we large in portion and tender. 8/10. Branzino was not that good, topped on fingerling potatoes. A complete miss in my book 2/10. Caprese pizza was fairly tasty as well and great for sharing. 7/10.

The food was delicious and the price was great. The location is great. Much like many places in the area though, the restaurant is quite narrow. Great place to hang out with some friends for lunch on a weekend!

Delicious! No photos because the food was devoured. I came with a co-worker around 7:00. We got on the waitlist and waited just over half an hour for a table but the area is fun to hang out in. I would recommend eating early or going early to budget for wait time. The space is cozy and our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu. We sampled salad pasta and pizza and all were excellent. If only I lived in Philly and could return.

Make a reservation if you're wanting to try on the weekend. 2 adult beverages and 2 entrée (1 pasta and 1 pizza) w tip put us right at $75 mark. We ate upstairs, so after the initial shock of leaving to go to another entrance for seating, we were delighted. The decor was clean/ rustic with a tad bit of an industrial butcher vibe. Wait staff was running all night, so if you can avoid sitting near the stairway, it will serve you well for more of a relaxed ambiance. Good drinks, tasty food and wait staff had solid input on menu choices.

I have been thinking about their salted caramel budino for weeks!!! Its worth a trip just for their dessert! The restaurant is cute and cozy. It's a bit crammed though - we were seated like 6 inches from the people next to us haha but the food was so good so I'm not complaining. Will def be back
