I am amending my review in light of their response because it shows that they do care for patrons and our concerns. i will not contact further because i did not post the review for some freebies but for the principle of appropriate response to customer concerns.I recommend ANY of their cupcakes because they are always on point. their cookies are big and beautifully delicious. cinnamon roll is good. iced coffee hits the spot!i’ve had the hangover sandwich, the mccrumb, waffle hash and breakfast burrito and i just find it really awesome that they feature other vegan restaurants food. that’s innovative and great for trying different options with each bakery purchase.if you love cannolis get the large otherwise the mini will do the trick!chocolate and confetti cake are a GREAT gift for any last minute parties!parking sucks but there’s nothing the business can do about it. i would do dine in more often if there was easier parking in the area because the decor is very fun. they take apple pay.Snippet of my original review:i buy here very often. i buy cakes for birthdays, uber eats for delivery and do pick up.for the first time, i had an issue and i told an employee and their response was indifferent. They’re super flavorful without being too much, and they’re beautiful to look at. Plus they can write a message on the cake very quickly. I’m a fan!

I’ll be honest, the staff here seems really sweet and I like what they’re going for. Their pastries are hit or miss. But their food is really, really bad. I’ve had a couple things that were meh but have tried lots of food on their menu because I wanted to like them and it all tastes very plastic-y.

Everything is fantastic. I'm not strictly vegan and the food from this place is still absolutely amazing. The cinnamon coffee cake, spinach jawn, and the breakfast sandwich were my favorite. But the chocolate cupcake, cannoli, and bacon cheddar turnover are also good. The dirty coconut chai latte is amazing! I'll be back soon!Vegetarian options: Everything here is vegan!

John was thorough in communicating with me to understand exactly what I wanted for my son’s birthday cake. He even sent images and looked up decorations online after informing they did not do fondant. Ultimately the cake was beautiful and even better, delicious. It made my son’s day to be able to eat his cake because due to his egg allergy, he’s restricted to eating frosting. No one at the party could believe it was vegan. I’ll definitely be ordering from here again!Vegetarian options: A friend really like their spinach pastry. I didn’t try anything other than their cake which was delicious. Especially the vanilla with buttercream frosting.Dietary restrictions: It’s vegan so folks know what they’re going there for but it was a great option for my son who is allergic to eggs and as a family, we want to enjoy sweets on special occasions together rather than having separate optionsParking: It’s in Center City so expect to circle around but it’s well worth it.

So let’s start with the customer service warm and welcoming definitely felt like I was family I went to purchase a sandwich but card declined due to fraudulent activity on it they gave me the sandwich free of charge and it was one of the best vegan breakfast sandwiches I’ve had will definitely leave a nice tip next time I return!
