I don't know if they were having an off day but it was 4 of us who got meals and out of all of us combined, the only thing that was good was the ham. We also got some of the baked goods. They were delicious but they werenot made by them.

I really have no idea how this place is still in business. Without a doubt the worst Boston Market that I've ever been to. Every time I come here the staff looks like they are annoyed that they have a customer. Some of the worst customer service you will ever experience is had here. And half of the items on the menu are never available. This place is a joke

My family and I stopped here one evening after visiting my grandson in the CHOP cardiac unit. We walked into the Boston Market, the only person in the place was a worker, and he walked in the back as we walked in. We looked at the food behind the glass. It looked like dried up mac and cheese that had set all day. The other foods on display looked as bad, if not worse. The man came out of the back room, and he had a sarcastic tone when he asked what we wanted. As hungry as we were, we thanked him and walked out. The place looks dirty. The parking lot is in bad shape, and at the time we were there, half the lot was frozen solid. You could ice skate on it. Very dangerous to customers. In my opinion, it should be shut down. If the health department ever inspected it, no doubt they probably would. Or at the least fine the owner.

Honestly I never thought it could be so bad. The food was bland and dry. Frankly I threw it out I couldn’t eat it. My corn bread was not included even though I ordered it.. frankly the staff seemed angry that I arrived for my order that indicated it was ready. Never coming here again

Save yourself the trip to the 39th & Chestnut location. It's not worth your time or your money! The staff there is horrible, they're loud, rude and obnoxious! They were arguing with each other having other conversations while ignoring the fact that they have customers waiting to order. They stand around the counter while staring at you instead of asking can they help you. I didn't know that doing their job taking a customer's order was a burden for them to bear. They couldn't even get my order right and they serve your food in styrofoam containers. You can't heat your food up in styrofoam! They don't deserve any stars! Their parking lot was also covered with big puddles of water limiting customer parking

You can clearly see the decline of Boston Market. This was the worst food experience I have had, ever. All the food was absolutely tasteless. There was no seasoning of any kind. The cornbread was also tasteless. They used to make really good cornbread. I ordered a whole chicken meal for 3. This was the smallest chicken, I ever seen. I felt like i would have done better grabbing a chicken from the supermarket. What has happened to this company? I won't be surprised when this chain goes out of business. This used to be a really good place to grab a meal, similar to homemade. They have really fallen off.
