I use to eat here all the time. Not in a few years though. I don't know what happened here but man I wouldn't go here. There were homeless sleeeping on the bench, entry doors had broken glass that you couldn't use, my chicken carver was on a philly role, and my pop pie wasn't even cook.

This Boston Market is horrible. The food has no flavor. The macaroni and cheese is watery and the chicken is dry. They messed up the order, and food was missing. Paid entirely too much money for a nasty meal. Go to the one on the boulevard. This $hit is disgusting.

Food is okay but the quality has gone down at this location in recent years I've been eating here for a long time but would recommend the bustletein avenue location
As I walk in the whole place smells like dirty rag water, I am so hungry I still ordered anyway but I wish I didn't because the food was very bad the chicken was tough the mac n cheese was completely watered down the cornbread was stale I even ordered my favorite pecan pie and it didn't taste right at b all this place is a dump and needs to be shut down its obviously a health hazard
Went through the drive trough and wanted to order rotisserie chicken the lady said in a very rude tone no chicken so then asked for turkey and then the lady asked 6 different times what I wanted finally after the 6th time being tired from a long day spelt out turkey for her and she screamed watch your tone then she proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have 3 quarters of the sides finally I just said I would take the Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes she then fumbled around and proceeded to not understand that I was asking for mashed potatoes with no gravy so after numinous attempts I finally said it a little louder and the girl cussed me out finally I got my order and got home thinking nothing of it and being exhausted from a day full of working customer service a skill these employees don’t have I ate 3 quarters of my meal to look down and to my horror see as shown below mold on the Mac and cheese the store is now closed at the time of me leaving this review I will be going back tomorrow and asking for them to make this right I am truly sad for this experience do better Boston Market
