We used to go pretty often when we lived there before the fire so many years ago but went again recently. The outdoor space and nice and comfortable, the food was really tasty and service was good as well. A nice place to get some good food.

Great brunch spot! All of the food we ate was excellent. The workers were all very busy, kind and attentive but it appeared as if our original server left mid shift (maybe not feeling well) so we waited a little for our check so why I gave 4 stars. I'm definitely going back it is the perfect spot for Sunday brunch!Parking: Street parking using Park Mobile app

Stopped in for a drink and a bite after touring Moshulu for our wedding celebration! I’ve visited BF before and was happy to find the atmosphere as I remember: warm, inviting, unfussy. Service was relaxed yet prompt, and food was fantastic! We had a few glasses of Gruner (Yaay, for it being on the menu!) and shared the hummus platter, loaded fries, and the East Philly burger. The blend on the patty was SO good, and cooked to a perfect MR. No frills otherwise and one of the best burgers I’ve had in quite some time. Mwah!!! Rita was so engaging and took great care of us with guest appearances by others. Just a really great experience- thank you!

Just sat for 10 minutes while I watched my server gossip with another server all to be told your happy hour only works at the bar, which was full. Your front of house didn't even mention that. Will never come back here.EDIT AFTER REPONSE: That doesn't excuse your server chattinf for 10 minutes and why anyone thinks limiting a promotion to just their bar is a good idea is beyond me. Just pathetic.

Vegetarian perspectiveDecent amount of exciting vegetarian options. Vibe was casual enough but still would be a good date night spot. Great service, they even brought out a birthday dessert for me because my birthday was a few days ago!

Came for their Monday All You Can Eat Pasta special. To start, 10/10 Bloody Mary and House Salad. The portion sizes of the pastas made sense and allowed room to try different things. Flavor on the other end was mid at best and salty. The texture and taste of the pasta itself was fresh and enjoyable however. Overall, worth the $30 if you try 3 different pasta minimum since the portions are smaller.Parking: Street parking on South st is hit or miss but good location to find a spot. Paid meter.

My family and I have been coming here for decades. The food is always delicious. The servers are always polite, knowledgeable, and funny! The bartenders make their drinks with love. You can literally taste the passion in their work. Our server was new and only on her 2nd day. She was handling herself like a superstar!!! 10/10 would recommend.

The staff at Bridget Foy’s accommodated our (very large!!) student group during our tour to Philadelphia. They were able to seat us all together in one room and get everyone’s food out super quickly. Everything was delicious. The staff was so efficient, kind, and helpful. Thank you so much Bridget Foy’s!!

Had a great time with friends and kids in tow. Service could be a bit faster (especially when unlimited pasta plates are ordered), but overall awesome place to dine.

I SO want to love this place - our family has been celebrating Easter here for many, many years - and it used to be great. Last year we got a bad table, meh food and fair service. This year the "specials" were tasty but something as simple at the basic Breakfast platter featured room temp to cold turkey bacon and potatoes. No salt & pepper on the table - after we requested it folks from another table asked to borrow ours since they couldn't get anyone's attention - ditto for jelly for the toast (which was also not warm). And the waitstaff went AWOL when it came to trying to get a check. I understand Easter Brunch is busy - but that's when good places shine and make great memories. Disappointing to someone who used to live on South Street and has fond memories of the restaurant scene there.
