I've never liked the music played here hence the low ambience score

Flavors are there just a tad expensive for a fish taco. almost $6 for one? crazy. I think there should be a three taco special because paying almost $20 for just 3 small tacos feels like robbery. If you add in a drink and a side you around $30. Staff is friendly but a lot of the prices are over the top for a casual dining experience.

I was craving a taco when I got out of class and this was near by, I was excited to give it a try. Upon arriving I noticed they didn’t have horchata (which to me is a big deal). A Mexican restaurant with no horchata was a red flag to me, I was almost ready to leave without trying anything (yes horchata is that deep to me haha) but I was really hungry and at least wanted to try one taco. I went with the shrimp. When I say that I was punched with flavor, I was KO. The first bite left me in a trance. My tastebuds were having a rave. The shrimp was cooked to perfection. I really wanted to hate this place bc of the lack of my drink preference (stupid, I know) but I’m glad to say I felt dumb for thinking like this. I immediately got up and bought 2 more tacos! Definitely my new spot to eat after class.

Sweet corn was really good. Chicken tacos were good. Guacamole didn’t really have much flavor, tasted like it was just avocado. But it had a nice smooth texture and was good with some Valentina they had on the table.

This place has a great menu throughout the day and mainly at happy hour. Their fried fish taco, their tequila glazed shrimp taco, pork taco, mango margarita, esquites, etc. are all top notch and taste great. Their chicken burrito bowl is also really nice. Would recommend this place. Stroller friendly, not too expensive, and good food & drinks.

We were in the area on a rainy Sunday for brunch reservations down the street, but we gave up our table for a couple that walked in wanting to celebrate a birthday. Hungry and sleepy from the rain, we wandered down the street and found this place with no line. For fast-cas tacos these are peak "okay." They were very soupy with their toppings and despite eating them hot off the grilltop, each one split at the bottom and made a mess. Maybe it was user error? Though I can't imagine a way we could stop this if we walked from counter to table and began to attempt eating. The flavors were pretty good. The staff were heavy handed with the sauce and gave us plenty of the proteins au jus which were packed wwith flavor. I was worried it would taste too salty but these were not.Overall not a terrible meal and I bet it's convenient for the neighborhood to grab a quick bite, but I won't be going back when there are lots of options around the city for comparable (if not better) pricing.

Decent food portions considering price, which isn't too expensive considering it's center city; there's a decent range of diet friendly options. Food is genuinely yummy and comes out quick without tasting like fast food. Drinks are great and inexpensive. They sell a bunch of overpriced "Latin American" snacks at the counter that you can ignore.Vegetarian options: The tortilla soup is not vegetarian unfortunately

Tasty tacos and strong drinks. The prices are pretty unreasonable though. There’s no reason 4 small tacos and 2 drinks should cost $40. You might as well go to a restaurant at that point.

Always love getting shrimp tacos from her. Everything tastes good and the slaw they put on top is simple and flavorful. When im in that area it’s my go to!

Fish taco: the fish itself was grilled well, but there was only one piece. Not enough veggies, too much sauce.Chicken taco: too much sauce, the flavor is okay. Not enough veggie.Overall, needs more lettuce and less sauce. Also what you get for what you pay is not much. For $5.50 a taco I expected better. Guac was $11 and we got a tiny bowl.
