Absolutely garbage service, they move with no sense of urgency despite massive lines. And are usually on their phones more than paying attention to the customer. Basically makes getting food there pointless if your connection or flight is boarding with in 1 hour cause you won't get your order for at least 40 mins. Don't go here unless there is no line

The lady is very disrespectful. How do you know English? I showed him my phone translated what I wanted and he treated me in a bad way and very rude? Because I didn't know English, I didn't even read what I wanted and he gave me something I hadn't even asked for? To be a manager I think you have to first learn manners and not be ignorant with bad service people?

Chick fil A should close this location or make some drastic changes with staff. If this was the first time I ate at a chick fil A it would have been the last. Waited 45 min for food and my order was wrong. Several other people also had incorrect orders and staff could care less.

The slowest and saddest Chick-fil-a I've ever experienced. The employees seem miserable and move at Zootopia DMV sloth speed. My food was hot and good though.

Stopped in here after lunch for a quick dessert-like treat. The team had the line flowing smoothly, and the dude behind the counter preparing the orders, maybe his name was Perry or something like that, was making sure things were correct in all situations. Great teamwork during the airport lunch rush.

They forgot to put the grilled chicken on my salad and they gave me the wrong salad dressing. Salad was super small even with the 12 nuggets that I bought and added on top. No knife. Only 1 CFA sauce after I asked for 2. And almost $30 for a salad, 12 nuggets, and a drink? This is the only Chick Fil A I've ever been to that I wouldn't recommend.

Spicy Biscuit meal is a great choice for breakfast. This chick fil A is located in Philadelphia marketplace in terminal 2. It had a long line but was pretty quick. Overall wait time was 10 minutes. There are plenty of tables to sit and enjoy the meal.

The people here are extremely rude. They ignore people, got my order wrong and after asking 3 people about a refill, I was rudely advised they don’t do refills????!!!! The other ones at the airports give refills…

I work at this airport, anytime and every time I go up to this Chick-fil-A I get treated with the upmost disrespect. Half the employees are standing around not doing anything when there’s a long line of people waiting to order and receive their food.

Save your money. The service is terrible. They are rude and their is no urgency when there's 15 people waiting for their orders. After all the waiting the food is just ok not your typical chick fil a. Also have a limited menu I wanted breakfast which they didn't have at 9 am.
