Normally, I never have an issue at this location but today i picked up my mobile drive through order & when I got home I noticed my fries were only half way filled. A bit disappointed in that fact. And no there wasn’t any that dropped in the bag.

I make weekly visits to this location. The staff aren’t as friendly as they used to be. Not many smiles, and they barely reply with “my pleasure”. And when they’re handing out mobile orders, they aren’t known to greet or acknowledge the pickup customers. Officially the least friendly location in the city.

Every time I come here y'all always forget the sauces that are literally included with the meal. It's really frustrating to have to double check every single time I order. I shouldn't need to come back inside to request it if it's part of the meal. Your customer service is always good but you need to learn your own menu.

why are the employees outside taking orders in the cold ?this is such a wack company procedure. let those poor employees inside for christ sake.everyone was very nice and service was quick.i don’t eat chick-fil-a often because it gives me diarrhea because of the oil that they deep fry the chicken in.my spicy chicken sandwich was delicious.my spicy chicken after math was almost worth it.

Awhile back I forgot to order cookies for my pregnant wife and when I came back they were sold out but I could clearly see a staff member eating a cookie. As someone who has managed restaurants I know you're not supposed to let the staff eat your product.
