Tori was absolutely amazing. She helped me with my food allergies and she is hands down one of the best servers I have had a chick fil a in awhile. Tori totally deserves a raise!!

I am a Chick-fil-A person and I am from Jersey decide to go to this Chick-fil-A in Philly and was a totally mess everything was dirty and messy workers were rude the lady from the register didn’t have name tag and didn’t receive me she didn’t told me my total and my sandwich was awful I try it and the bread was mad hard and you could even taste that it was pass the time already I could taste how old and wasn’t even hot fries was the only fresh and not even I hope that they change for workers more nice

Horrible horrible employee's. The mess up any order you give them and give you a ton of attitude. I feel like I am at some ratty taco bell in the hood. Last time I was here the cashier so rude and disrespectful. How does every other chick-fil-a have such great employee's and this store hires such trash?

This Chick-fil-A is inn a Drexel dining center but you can go in there off you don't go to Drexel.In case you've never been, Chick-fil-A is ok. This time I got a spicy chicken sandwich, but the spicy part is a bit weird, and too overpowering and you cannot taste the chicken. The nuggets are pretty good though, better than most other nuggets. Full pieces of chicken instead of chopped up and glued back together (like at McDonald's).This place's waffle fries were a bit undercooked compared to usual. Still very edible.Overall, the best thing I can say about the meal at this location was it was quick with easy parking and the food was fresh, which actually makes it better than some other locations.
