Had no problem ordering and paying for food, took a whole 15 minutes to get my order when they said we are getting the chicken strips and will take 3 minutes. They told me to go to the building next door and wait and I saw 8 cars just get there orders no problem while I waited there like an idiot. I came up to the area where the hand out the food to say that I have been waiting for 15 minutes and still haven’t gotten my order. They immediately come out with my order and hand me it and the bag was torn and gave me one straw for a three beverage order. Completely unbelievably and no apologies or even a cookie for the wait which other chick fil a’s have been so kind to offer.

I had to come back and change my review. This place really got worse. I ordered breakfast burrito meal and a coffee with French vanilla and sugar. I pulled out of the drive thru and ate cold hash browns, soggy burrito. Get to work with a coffee, no cream, no sugar. Whole meal was messed up.

Always crowded, even the drive thru. So hard to get your food without at least a 10 min. Wait. Line is always long but the employees are amazing as everyone k ow I love Great Customer Service and this place is great on CS. Makes you come back and don't mind the wait.

I always seem to purchase the Spicy chicken sandwich deluxe with my favorite cheese pepper jack. With a Cobb salad and guacamole dressing with lemonade. My dog Jetta enjoy the pup cup she gets so excited.
The food was good, I went at 5 pm. It was so busy of course it was dinner time. (I like Chick-fil-A, the quality of the food. The employees are respectful, professional and helpful.) It only took five minutes to order. I thought it would be twenty minutes or so. The staff are trained well. The food was fresh, hot and very delicious. The values, morals and SOP from Corporate are excellent. I have never had a bad meal from Chick-fil-A. Same here the food is amazing. Staff and Management A+++
