I checked my receipt and noticed I had a "Carry-Out Bag Charge" added to my order. This is insane for a take-out establishment to now include this fee. Are customers expected to bring their bags or carry their cooked food out in their hands, if otherwise? I went through the drive-thru, and there is nothing posted about this additional change being added, nor was I told. What will be next, the wrapping paper, cups, tops, or box the food is put in! I was always a Chick-fil-a fan but will have to now rethink this and any other take-out establishment that have reduced themselves to charging. I realize we now have to pay for bags at the grocery stores if you do not have your own (not happy with this direction) but food/groceries are a necessity, not much choice. But take out food is not a need....

Guy at the Moble pick up area was rude because I wasn’t standing on the right side of the table even though it isn’t even labeled. Ordered my food 20 minutes before arriving and it still wasn’t ready. Overall unsatisfactory experience. Food is ok though.

Always a good experience when I go there, one time I waited 30 min but the manager compensated me.Parking: Parking is tight, other than that it's fine.
Since putting people outside and having two lanes things go very fast. My grandchildren love so that's why I give 5 stars. I rarely eat at fast food restaurants. They are all overpriced
