Made reservation for "Chima" a few weeks ago. Turns out, it is no longer Chima but instead a different Brazilian steak house. Was not informed of this change until we arrived. More expensive and service not as good. Have a specific food allergy which was listed in the reservation and communicated to the manager ahead of time. Upon arrival, I was handed a packet that listed some of the allergens in the different meal choices, but the packet did not list my specific allergy, so not sure why I was given the packet in the first place. I ordered my usual, a plain steak and bowl of plain lettuce bc of my allergy. Was charged the same per person price as the rest of the people in our party who had the option to use the full salad bar and eat all of the meat choices that were brought to the table. This was never the case when it was "Chima" or at any other Brazilian steak house...my meal is usually "pro-rated" bc I can't eat anything that's offered as "all you can eat". Furthermore, I brought in a special homemade ice cream cake and asked the hostess to put it specifically in the freezer, which I was assured it would be. When the birthday cake was served, the ice cream inside was melted. It had been frozen solid when I brought it into the restaurant, so it was probably left out or put in the refrigerator for two hours while we ate dinner. Used to be one of our favorite places to eat dinner for special occasions...but can't honestly say we will be back.

As always, my mom and I had a wonderful experience. She especially loves the variety of options provided at the salad bar, and I enjoyed the house sirloin and garlic sirloin the most. The service was great, and we'll definitely go back again.

Went to celebrate a friends birthday on 2/24/2024 and after finishing our meal we saw a mouse climbing up the wall. I have a video recording but can only add pictures to this review. The manager asked for “discretion” and refused to comp our meal. Instead she gave us gift cards, as if we would want to return to such an establishment . Again, I have this on video.

Celebrated my son's birthday at Chima Center City. The food was ok. The service could have been better. All of the meats came out however they did not circle back. I requested the pineapple twice and the check three times.

This is my 3rd time coming and the food just wasn't good. Steak were either overcooked or rare when you ask for medium or medium rare. The sides for the table were cold and tasted old. For the price we paid, everything should've been up to par and it simply was not. Maybe they're were having a bad day but it just wasn't good. The drinks were good and my waitress was very nice in trying to accommodate us.

The experience was really good. The food doesn't stop coming unless you flip the sign that you are not ready for more. The meats were delicious and well cooked. The variety at their salad bar was also pretty good. I wish I had more room in my stomach to eat everything ? I had absolutely no room for dessert, but if you have a huge appetite this place is worth the visit.

We went early dinner it was great the atmosphere was perfect we was well catered to. Food is delicious servers are very attentive I'm not a person who eat beef and they noticed (i haven't said anything) so they kept bring chicken lamb and seafood for me. As the night rolled in more people came and the atmosphere went from buiness casual to very casual. Which was fine because we was leaving anyway. Kitchen and dinning staff put a smile on my face after a car accident on my birthday I gifted them my cake as a thank you. ( plus I had 3 more cakes at home) so Chima thank you for making my day just a little better.?

My reservation was at 9 PM after being seated we didn't get served with one cut of meat until after 10 PM. The manager had to be called in order for any cut to Meats to be given to us. Chimas used to be my favorite restaurant. This was a horrible experience for me.
In general everything was good, with some exceptions the table they gave us was unstable, it moved a lot, we told the waitress, she tried to solve it but it didn't work, the meats took a while to arrive, but I guess because the place is too full. but when we asked for a special type of meat they immediately brought it to us...as always, excellent flavor.

My family and I went here for dinner and we were so excited. The our waiter was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure the service he provided was awesome!! However, the carvers took forever to come around and would pass by us multiple times. Eventually we just started calling them over which was very annoying to have to do. Overall I would rate my experience a 5/10. Not sure if I'll be back though

Hostess was unable to locate rsvp, but when I provided my confirmation she found it. She acknowledged my birthday, as did the server, but I didn't receive my birthday desert. Food was delicious as usual but when we asked for a few specific items they never came out. Management checked on us twice and was shocked that it was never brought to us. At that point we no longer wanted it. This was our first time back post COVID-19, and we probably won't return ?Parking: They have very young people parking the cars. I was very nervous leaving my very expensive vehicle with them.

Upon arrival the hostess couldn't locate my rsvp. After showing her my Open Table app, she located it. She asked about my birthday at that point. The server started out very attentive and timely. He also noted that it was my birthday. The food was delicious as usual! Things started to go down hill about half way through the meal. We were asked if we wanted something specific, and we advised what we wanted. It never cane. A manager stopped over to ask and we told her what we requested, and it still never came. She checked back with us, and we advised it still hadn't come, but we no longer wanted it. We paid the bill, tipped appropriately, and the server apologized. I never got my birthday desert, and at this point probably won't go back. ?
