So this place is very cute inside. However, they could do better with the drinks and the food. The drinks look cute but actually suck! The best thing I ate were the Brussel sprouts. The buffalo shrimp fries were also decent. However, it seemed to be only the end part of the shrimp. Other than fries and shrimp they could work on their frying skills. Blooming onion on burger was soggy and very light in color so I knew it wasn’t going to be good. The batter didn’t even stay on. The burger by itself lacked flavor. The chicken sandwich also wasn’t fried well. The cauliflower was soggy. Try tossing in sauce not drenching in sauce. Probably wasn’t fried well either. Maybe go for a golden color when frying. So probably could stay in a bit longer. The bread used for Salmon BLT was too much. All you taste is bread. Chicken cheesesteak, dry!

I went to this place because of a tik tok vid and how it was decorated. Honestly, it looks a mess in person, but for pics with the right angles, it's cute. It also had a weird stench, idk if it was the bathroom or kitchen, but i could smell it all the way to my table. The food is overpriced!!! Got a Mac daddy burger for $17 without fries, it was an additional $4 if u wanted fries. Some of the food lack seasoning while the other half was extra salty. All in all, between my friend and I , the account added up to $100+ for a burger, chicken tenders, small appetizers, and milkshakes. The only positive I have is that their milkshakes are quite good ! And the service was good. Also, they have an automatic 20% gratuity added to ur check

This place puts the other themed bar in Philly to shame. Went when they were decked out for the flower show. It was so pretty. Going to try my hardest to get a reservation here for the Christmas season this year- it was impossible last year! Drinks and apps were good.

A really fun spot to grab some good drinks with friends! My friends and I made a reservation ahead of time for drinks but got super late due to bad weather. The hostess was extremely accommodating though and was still able to get us a table right away despite it being crowded and us being very late for our reservation. The decor was beautiful and had a garden pop-up theme which was so cute and colorful! Drinks were really good too- I got the espresso martini which was delicious. Didn't really get to try the food though except for the sweet potato fries which were really tasty and crispy! Overall, loved the vibe here and had a great time!

Multiple tables had to wait literally at least a half hour for her to stop by to offer to get the check. Forget about asking if we wanted another drink or needed anything with the food. Absolutely no follow up from her. She grabbed one beer and one cup of water and was otherwise invisible. The Stallone burger was excellent and the interior decor is excellent. But the whole experience was ruined by horrible service.

The service was incredibly disappointing. They automatically add 20% gratuity yet we essentially had to beg for our server’s attention every time we needed anything (to order, water, the bill etc.).It absolutely hindered the experience- very upsetting.
My friends and I love Craftsman and come here often for the different decorations/pop ups, food and drinks. Their Christmas, Halloween and flower show/spring pop ups are beautiful and the additions to the menu are great! My only issue, and this has only really started recently, is how much the service is rushed. I do understand they need to turn over tables as they get busy because of their pop up experiences. Otherwise, the experiences are craftsman are nice!
