Ambiance was fun. Servers were great. It is BYOB, food took almost two hours to come before we decided to cancel and leave. All the restaurant provided was juice. We were charged $70 to sit there with our own bottle and wait for food that never came. NEVER GOING BACK.

SKIP it. The food was ok. Not great, but not terrible. The service was terrible. I placed an order for carry out. took nearly 15 minutes to order. She had no idea about their menu or how to use the computer. Came back when food was to be ready, it wasn't. 3 of my entrees came out, and sat on the counter for 10 minutes until the last one came out. Didn't get the sides that were supposed to be included with my food, and they were NASTY to me when i asked about it. DO NOT HERE!!!

The place is not what you think it is. The service was horrible and left room for more improvement, it’s too dark in there and the aesthetic was like an old diner that is on its last leg. They charge you to bring liquor in. The liquor they charge 10.00 to 15.00 per cork. I had one bottle with. Cork and they charged me for 3 bottles, my food sat in the window so when it got to me it was cold.

First and foremost, the service from our waitress is what is carrying the review for this place. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name, but she was very understanding and accommodating the entire duration of my visit. I went to Cray Taste for Sunday Brunch with 4 of my friends and from the moment we walked into the establishment, the atmosphere was immaculate. However, myself and my party sat for 2 hours and did not receive an appetizer at minimum. We placed our order, our server was very communicative with letting us know that the kitchen was backed up, but never did we imagine that we’d be waiting hours to receive our food. After waiting for such a long time, we checked in with our waitress when she informed us that our food has not even been started. This was very disappointing, as we were looking forward to tasting and enjoying our food. I am not sure what happened, but as an establishment, this was very disappointing and frustrating and shouldn’t have occurred. I hope they will improve in the future, but I cannot say that I will return because of this.

The vibe was nice but that’s about it. We had a reservation for 6pm on a Saturday. The appetizers alone took over an hour to come out. We had the seafood dip and it was disgusting. I ordered the crab cakes as my entree and there’re was literally no crab in it. I e never has crab cakes with nothing but filling. My friends had the salmon and yellow rice which was also terrible. We spoke to the manager who removed the crab cakes because, well look at the photo. I could go on and on, but no use beating a dead horse. They need to really take some time to regroup and get things together in the kitchen and front of the house. I will not be returning.

My husband and I are visiting Penns Landing for my birthday. I heard this was a good place to dine for seafood. We decided to order and have the food delivered. We ordered the dynamite stuffed shrimp with crab baked macaroni and cheese and the Bronze Salmon. The presentations left much to be desired and the food must have turned over because there was oil and gravy everywhere. The Salmon was overdone. That is the reason we gave this rating. In a world of choices, it is always important to remember the importance of great customer service. The driver just left the food at the front desk. He (Johnathan) did not call to notify us.. .smh... please do better because there were so many choices and we chose to give you our business. For the cost associated,thos is not what we would have expected. Not sure we will revisit in future.

The food is very much subpar my salmon was frozen to cook like how hard is it to chop a fresh salmon filet into servings I eat salmon so I know do better. The crab cakes ?️ literally 85% filler. Has the potential to be a dope spot pay attention to the food being served I was excited to check this spot out for my birthday and was highly disappointed

I had the po boy and crab fries along with the egg rolls for an appetizer and my bf had the fish sandwich and everything was lukewarm to cold like it had been sitting before it got to us !! He said the fish was not flavorful at all. One thing I hate is when my food isn’t hot but I will say my food was good besides that. It also took a pretty long time for our food to come out. We thought it would be a nice date night restaurant to come to but it gave lounge vibes with loud ratchet music and hookahs and it is byob. It’s hard to say if I would come back or not.
