We've used Dean's Service twice now and have had great experiences both times. Most recently our AC began struggling during a heat wave and it reached a point where it couldn't keep up. We called Dean's service and they were out here within 45 minutes. The technicians were very professional and friendly. They described what the issue was, what they were doing to fix it and even gave tips to prevent future issues. We will definitely continue using them for any HVAC work we need.

They installed our new AC unit. They were honest, professional and quick. The 2 servicemen who did the installation were awesome--Extremely professional, knowledgeable and polite. Their prices are fair. I will be using them in the future for all my AC needs. Use them with confidence!

Daniel has been keeping my dryer clean for years - this morning he came before 8AM (since I told him I had to leave the house early) and was done in 20 minutes. He also said I didn't even need to have the service each year if I didn't use the dryer daily! Very happy with this service!

called to speak to the owner about a complaint , they ignored my message. They are totally unprofessional including, the owner puts out a made up name. it's actually Yaron Shalom and not Daniel Levy, I wonder what else is untrue? whats written is not what is promised. thanks but no thanks.

Just wanted to update my past review , fyi I am appalled of how this small company has handled their business by calling my personal home, businesses, friends and continuing making requests to delete my negative review. Including untrue statements and threats. I for one wont stand this kind of un professional behavior. The owner is MAD. Be very awar .

TLDR: Would not recommend. Charged in full for services not performed and other services not performed appropriately. Unresponsive to requests for refund I asked Dean's service to come help me with an AC Tune Up and a dryer duct cleaning. I ended up with significant issues with both. 1) Dryer duct cleaning - Dean's service said they were unable to find the dryer vent in our house despite our explaining where it was (our neighbors have a mirror image home and showed us where there's was). They went so far as to suggest there was none. They charged us in full for the cleaning $400 and did not find it nor clean the vent. We called a different company the next day and they were able to identify and clean the vent without issues. I spoke to Daniel about this, and asked for my money back. He told me he couldn't give me $400 back which was disappointing but could give me $400 in any free service in the future. This was not what I wanted to hear, but I accepted the offer given they were kind about our conversation. Next the AC... 2) AC tune up - They came to perform an AC tune up in April (the same date as the dryer vent cleaning) and said everything was in working condition. Unfortunately, as soon as it got warm, I found it wasn't working. I called them back and they came and said the coil was filthy and needed cleaning ASAP. I asked why this wasn't noticed during the tune up, and Daniel said it was must have been missed. Again, I gave the benefit of the doubt. I asked that this service be considered the free service I was promised above, however Daniel now wanted to only offer $150 discount rather than $400 and did not offer any additional discount for not noticing the problem during the tune up just a few weeks prior. Daniel said no, for reasons that were unclear to me given he had promised that I could have a free service. Turns out, my AC still didn't work after this service. There was a major leak in the AC unit requiring complete replacement of the coil. We had this correctly diagnosed and treated by another company just 2-4 days after Deans Service came out to clean the coil. All in all, Deans Service has failed each time they have attempted a service at our home, and despite this have charged us in full. I have asked that they make it right with a refund for at least a portion of what we have spent with them, but have been met with no answer. I was trying to avoid posting a review but have no other choice as I have not been able to get in touch with the owner despite multiple attempts over one month. Two stars for Tyron's kindness and for their ability to come out quickly.

Just moved into a new place in 95 degree weather and my condenser wasn't working! Customer service to get a quote was very quick and straightforward (and on Memorial Day!) Daniel came the very next day on time and addressed the problem quickly- it was a simple fix but he checked some other issues out to confirm it was all running smoothly. Definitely recommend!

My wife Julia and I recently moved into a house and noticed our air conditioner was not working this week. The team came out quickly and fixed the issue within 2 days. Parts were needed. We highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs!
