We came here for a birthday dinner for my husband. I requested a booth for a party of 3 but we were seated at a regular 4-place table setting. It took our server 10 minutes to come over where she opened with apologizing for the delay she was tired. We could barely hear her over the bar and she checked on us once every 15-20 minutes; we got our beverages approximately 30-40 minutes after she took our initial orders. The food was delicious but the poor service overshadowed the experience.

Service was terrible. Waiting 15 minutes after we sat down at table just for water. Waited another 15 for our dessert to be brought to table. Manager was not helpful, until I insisted bill be adjusted. Very disappointing experience. Only saving grace was that the food was great.

We absolutely loved this place! The food was fantastic and Marchelle was an incredible waitress. By the time we left here we felt like we had known Marchelle for years. Such a sweet young lady. Very personable and extremely welcoming. Will definitely be going back here while we are visiting from California.

The steak is amazing. It is just as delicious as the steak at the double eagle steakhouse around the corner. The lobster Macaroni and cheese is a must every time. It is in such a convenient location on the corner of broad & locust. My family and I usually head there before any shows we are heading to in center city because it is a walkable, & in our opinion the best place to go if you don't want to spend too much money but still want to have a quality experience. Domenique, our waitress, was great. She had a wonderful personality and checked on us frequently. We will continue to be back!

This was only my 2nd or 3rd time dinning at Del Frisco Grille. I was extremely disappointed. I ordered a lemon drop cocktail that tasted like nothing but lemon juice in a martini glass. The wings as an appetizer came out under cooked, and the replacement came out overcooked and fried to a crisp, which really looked like the undercooked wings put back into the fryer. I ordered the fillet burger medium that came out well done, while my partner ordered the roasted chicken with mashed potatoes. The chicken was far from being roasted and the mashed potatoes were cold. Needless to say, the food and overall experience was not worth the price.

This meal was amazing and Dominique is the best best waitress ever! The VIP cocktail was so smooth and the an old Fashion is hands down the best. The filet was outstanding and you have to have the gingerbread dessert. We were very happy with our decision to eat here and we will be back.

I had lunch and I was completely impressed with the professionalism and customer service from the bartender. The service from Nikki was second to none.

Highly recommend coming in during the day to see Nikki. She makes the best lemon drops!!! I have been coming here for years and she never disappoints. Always quick and super sweet.

Larry was our server and did a great job. He was very kind and attentive to our needs. We had a large group and he did a great job staying on top of everything! Kudo's to you Larry!

For being a steakhouse there are much better quality ones in Philadelphia. This location was INSANELY loud. I'm not sure if they were just understaffed but we were checked on so infrequently that by the time we finally got a fork our appetizer was cold, and our drinks didn't even come until after that. When we asked another waiter to help us get our server, we didn't see him for at least five minutes. For food, the mahi mahi was overcooked and the rice undercooked. The burger was ordered medium and came out well and dry. Overall disappointing meal. Like I said, I would highly recommend anywhere else. Don't bother with this one.

The mashed potatoes had whole unmashed potatoes in it and were cold. I requested a glass with bottle of beer and was never provided it. The Oscar on top of the steak was mostly sauce and hardly any crab. Desserts were complimented but the overall experience was disappointing compared to other visits in the past

Went for dinner prior to going to the Orchestra, the drinks and food were absolutely fantastically delicious. Our waiter, Larry, was knowledgeable in the menu and helpful with recommendations. We will definitely recommend and return in the future.

Great pre theatre for anything at the Kimmel Center! Quick attentive service and I always love an “open plan” kitchen. Looks like nice bar scene and good energy. Only negative was fries came late and then seemed undercooked. I'd return and recommend.

The service was horrible. Our server just came on so there should have been no issue. We had to remind them of a missing appetizer and sides. Food did not come out at same time and some entrees were cold. This is not our 1st time here, but I was extremely disappointed. I would have understood if the restaurant was busy but it was not
