I wish the manager would have provided me solutions instead of brushing me off , being confrontational and making me feel racially profiled I hope someone can come to a solution with reasoning behind this behavior because the video footage I have just received from one of your staff shows every reason why this establishment needs new management

Devon’s used to be my go to spot but sadly my last experience wasn’t good at all. I ordered calamari to start and salmon for entree. Both were disappointing, the calamari was oily and the salmon portion was too small and undercooked. Our waitress was great but the hostess was quite unprofessional. I’ll revisit them again in a few months since my past experiences were great. Maybe it was an off night.

Our server (Francisco) was great, our dishes were delicious and timely, served in good rhythm, never hurried nor waited too long.Francisco made great suggestions and explained the menu items as needed. The only downside of our day was the obscene price of parking. It is easy to understand why people don’t like to drive into Center City.

Based on reviews from friends who dined here a few years ago, we decided to make a reservation on Friday night.Greeted & seated immediately.Waited a few minutes for our waitress, but took our drink order when she came, and gave us some time to look over the menu. If you're looking for quiet intimacy in a restaurant, this isn't it. It's loud. REALLY LOUD.Drinks were good. So we're the biscuits served with honey butter.I would love to say it got better from here, but it didn't.Our server seemed more preoccupied with 2 tables next to us then with getting our meal order. My wife ordered the lobster bisque and i ordered the bang bang Shrimp as an appetizer. Both were good, though we have both had better. Then our dinners came.I had swordfish grilled with butter & herbs. That was good...simple, fresh & tasty. Unfortunately my sides were not. The broccolini was undercooked and hard. The parmesan potatoes had little flavor. My wife had surf & turf. The steak cooked medium rare was good, as was her crab rice. The bourbon glazed shrimp were completely overcooked, rubbery & dry...not edible at all.My wife expressed this to our server, who seemed unfazed by it.We got take home (not the Shrimp or the sides). The bill came. No apology for the shrimp, nothing taken off the bill.I'm not one of those people who call the manager or argue over part of a meal. I AM however, one of those people who pay for their meal & never return.I feel that a $200 meal for 2 should taste like one, and Devon Seafood Grill didn't cut it, both in service and consistency in the quality of the meal.Even Guy Fieri's Chop House in AC gave us better food & service than we got here. I know everyone's experience can be different, but ours was not stellar.

This was a great experience for my wife and me. It offers many great options, including non-seafood, for those who may not be fans. The food was excellent and the drinks were tasty. The service was wonderful. Shout out to Fernando for making it a great evening for us. I highly recommend this place for an upscale dining experience.

They let dogs drink out of glasses that are for people to reuse after washing. A dog should never eat or drink from glasses that a for people

Some of the food is deliciousSome of the food that should be hot is not hot.At a place as fine as Devon my dinner should not be lukewarm when I get it.

Nice-looking menu. Starters fine (clams and bisque). Servers never brought biscuits, which every other table got. Wait for entrees a bit long. Only one entree of four (sea bass) was good. Two of us got the $59 “Cantonese Lobster,” and I can't tell you how BAD it was. Served in the shell with soy sauce and some other seasonings, all tasteless, it was virtually inedible because the shells were so tightly closed. I tried picking mine up and trying to eat it like a chicken leg, without success. In retrospect, perhaps we should have asked for shell crackers. I ordered this because it sounded similar to a wonderful dish I'd had recently elsewhere. We never got to taste this lobster. This was a scandal for a pricey “seafood restaurant.” Doesn't deserve to be included with some of those listed here that actually are good. We were too tired and pessimistic to stay for dessert.

Ambiance was good. Food was good. Drinks were even better. However, our waitress could have been more attentive. Our food took extremely long to come out. In the midst of waiting we were never reassured or checked upon for that matter. Coming from NJ, we'll try again on a not so busy night. Overall it was a good night out.

My wife and I had dinner after seeing the ballet. We were seated promptly and service was attentive. We had the Calamari as an appetizer and that was very good. I had the Kansas City Strip, requested medium and I was cooked perfectly and was delicious. My wife had the Swordfish which stated was delicious. I tried some of her swordfish and I would definitely have that on my next visit if available. It was moist and very flavorful. My life also enjoyed the roasted potatoes. The desert was also delicious. Overall a great dinner. This was our 3rd visit and we have never been disappointed.

Wonderful main courses and wine provided by a courteous, professional server. The only downside was the customer dining outside smoking several cigarettes. The walls were open because of the beautiful weather, so the cigarette smoke was blowing into the dining room.

Food was ok, drinks are not! Signature cocktails are passably a good enough drink, so I decided to order a gin and tonic, but it was not at all the gin brand that I ordered, and their tonic is weirdly similar to seltzer. My tab was mistaken for someone else’s bill, but mistake was easily rectified. Waitress (Rebecca) was pleasant, but I mentioned beforehand it was an especial occasion so I was expecting more. ☹️
