The food was great but it was absolutely freezing inside. It was so cold in fact that the food, which was steaming when served, was cold to the touch within minutes. We packed up and left to reheat and eat at home. This may be intentional, as everything is served in to go containers.

I placed a delivery order through their direct website—and had to call after the delivery window only to be told the order hasn’t even been made yet—and they couldn’t even find it.Over two hours later—and still no food. Such a disappointment—don’t order from here if you actually need some food. lol

I order delivery and my food is always here quickly. If you love char on your food like I do this is the place for you! I love simple fresh food with a good char and I can stay on my diet and eat out. Win win!!!

Ordered randomly through postmates bc of a promo offer they had. omgggg probably best delivery order I've ever received. Everything was fresh even though I ordered late! Made a bowl with herb chicken, rice, mashed potatoes, and an apple Kale salad. Also got mac and cheese and the 2 desserts. I was surprised that I liked everything. Hoping they open more locations not just in the city!
The other night I was feeling sooo tired and didn't want to cook but also didn't want fast food. I was really craving something with some real nutrients that made me feel good. That can be really hard to come by these days. I came across DIG on Uber eats and decided to give it a try. My fiancée and I put in our order about an hour before they were supposed to close. He ordered the classic dig bowl and I did the same but got carrots instead of the sweet potatoes. Shortly after placing our order, I got a call from my uber driver saying that DIG had run out of something I ordered. He put a DIG employee on the phone who let me know they were out of brown rice. The employee told me that if I really wanted the rice he could make it fresh for me but it would be a longer wait. I was very surprised that they would be willing to do that so close to closing time. That is top-tier customer service in my opinion. I loved that he offered to make it for me and didn't make me feel like it was a burden. The wait was totally worth it. We ended up getting our order about 45 minutes to an hour later than expected but it was worth all of it. The food was so delicious and fresh. I felt so good with our choice and was so happy. This is going to be my new go to spot when I'm craving some thing on the healthier side and don't wanna eat the typical processed fast food. I am so happy to have this spot in my rotation now. The customer service that was given to me really made my day and gives me another reason to want to support this business.
Kudos to the staff working on the night shift on Saturday 2/17. Just wow! Fresh food, great service. It was my first time and I will come back for sure.
