Omg, the egg custard boa buns are legendary. Soft and settle sweetness that's makes it perfect.

The food was delicious - it was ready at pick up time - I am sorry I did not ask for extra plum sauce for the Peking Duck

Well well well... why didn't I know about this place sooner?! My mommy treated me out for dinner in celebration of my birthday and we decided to eat family style because duah were family but because we are greedy too haha. Anywho.. I was very impressed by the interior as the restaurant was so cute inside--Very dim, and just a complete vibe. Our server was very patient and helpful with guiding us through the menu items. I had a blueberry lemon drop to start out which was very light, sweet and refreshing--My kind of drink. We ordered the salt and pepper wings and trio seafood, along with the string beans, authentic fried rice, shrimp pad Thai, sui mai and for dessert we tried the egg custard buns. Everything was quick, hot, flavorful and just perfect. I have not stopped thinking about this place since, and surprisingly the star of the show for me was the Egg Custard Buns which I tried for the first time and I was super impressed--They were warm, fluffy, and paired perfectly with the sweet custard on the inside, and it wasn't heavy either!! 10/10 across the board for me... Thanks Dim Sum House!

Had a wonderful time and intimate birthday dinner for my daughter. This was our first time here and the food did not disappoint. There were so many options we wanted to try them all. Steve was our server he was nice and answered all of our questions along with offering some suggestions. We started with the shrimp Shumai and salt and pepper wings, for our entrees we ordered the shrimp fried rice and string beans, the salt and pepper shrimp trio, shrimp pad Thai. Everything was fresh and tasted good. We definitely will be going back.

Came for a happy hour event and honestly wasn't expected much from the bites and the mixed cocktails but MY GOODNESS, everything was great! I really enjoyed my drink. Worth the $12. The little bites were good. I had some of the veggie spring rolls, sesame soy brussel sprouts, and the fired shrimp balls. My only complaint is that I ate a late lunch and didn't make enough room to eat more lol. Service was solid. Everyone was super friendly. Last but not least, I LOVED the layout. It was dim but gorgeous. Huge monitors everywhere and beautiful brick walls lit up with lights. If anyone is ever there for happy hour, lemme know! lol

Dim Sum House is fantastic! Every dish I've tried there has been excellent. The location is convenient, and the atmosphere is cozy. Great place to make a reservation for special occasions like birthdays or NYE. Definitely a must-visit spot for delicious dim sum!Kid-friendliness: My toddler enjoyed many menu items.

The food was great and the ambiance was amazing. I went there for lunar new year dinner without a reservation and was seated within 25 minutes. The portions are worth the price and everything was seasoned well. However, they missed one of my orders and it was a little difficult to get attention of the waiters. Keep in mind it was lunar new year though. I still really enjoyed this dinner, and would recommend it! I told the waiter that the item never came and he took off the item from the bill without contention.

Ordered takeout from here. Place is located upstairs. There is an elevator if needed for accessibility. I didn't get to see much of the inside dining area, but it looked nice from what I did see! I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and my order was ready when I arrived. I ordered the pan fried pork dumpling, spicy shrimp dumpling, and the green beans with mustard greens. Everything was very good! The spicy shrimp stole the show. The texture of the dumpling was perfect with a ton of shrimp inside! The pork was also good, but maybe a little doughy for me compared to others I've had. The green beans were perfectly salty and garlicky... Can't go wrong with some green beans!! I would definitely come back here while in town. 10/10.

You CANNOT trust their opening and closing times. I went to this place at 12:40am when they post a 1:30am closing time, and the doors were closed. Otherwise a cool place with good food & drink.

I’m so happy to have had the experience to eat here. This will forever be my go to place to eat when coming to Philadelphia. The food was incredible and this is my new bar of the best soup dumplings. I’ve had the fried soup dumplings were such a welcome surprise as well. Loved my meal so much. Thank youParking: Looks Like St., Park is free after 8 PM

Would give zero star if possible! Went to emergency room after a lunch visit on Feb. 4th. I am pretty sure that it is the cause because I did not eat anything before or afterwards. My friend had similar symptoms but milder, while I went to ER due to severe dehydration. Called the restaurant for two consecutive days with NO RESPONSE AT ALL. Already submitted my complaint to the health department for investigation.
