This domino's does not maintain regular staff, the one's who work can barely speak English, attitudes are nasty and the pizza and salads are nasty! I'm surprised ? this location is still open! Omg!

Very unprofessional people, I had called to complain about my food, I spoke to an employee he said he couldn’t help me because no manager. I have an uncooked pizza the cheese wasn’t even melted on top of that he said he can’t help me to call later I still have the pizza sitting here. I need a refund or something. I worked for dominoes before and this doesn’t meets its standards

I ordered at 604 online my food wasn't ready til 710 i ordered 4 extra sauces didn't receive any of them they couldn't find the sandwich i ordered so i had to wait longer so they could make it and when the young lady handed me my food she dropped my sandwich.. So disappointed

Ordered my pizza for pick up. Waited 30 minutes for my pizza only to come inside to be told that the delivery drivers have been careless and took my pizza. So I needed to wait until they make it again, wasted my time so I left the place.

There was only one person working but he had the best attitude & made my food with care. He said he was the general manager and that they're under new management. Great customer service. Definitely got me back as a customer

Don’t order anything they are freaking rude they give you cold food and my food arrived at 3:00 am in the morning when i ordered at 11:00 pm and on top of that if is there fault they still try to blame you for nothing just don’t waste your money and your time go so ewhere else

Ordered food at 7:53 PM. App says half hour wait. App tells me delivered at 8:30 PM but no food delivered. Call store at 9:02 PM. Told driver just left store. Call back again at 9:42 PM. Told my order is next to be delivered. It is now 10:15 PM and the store won’t even pick up the phone so I can tell them to not even bother anymore.

This store steals your money and delivers incorrect products. I placed an order way back on May 27th for two Medium pies and a 2 liter of Coke. One of the pies came correct, however, the other was missing toppings that I paid extra for and I for some reason got Sprite instead of Coke. I tried to explain to the delivery driver that my order was incorrect but he was very rude insisting that’s what I ordered (but refused to give/show me my receipt so I know he was just lying as it was very obviously not what I ordered). I called the store immediately and spoke to a manager who told me a new order would be sent out but asked for none of my details and rushed off the phone. I stupidly waited another hour and when no new order had arrived I called again and was told there was no more Coke so that’s why I received sprite instead but was given no explanation for the incorrect pizza. I then asked for a refund and the person taking the order had to “get a manager” where then I was just placed on hold for ANOTHER hour until the line was disconnected. I immediately called back and the same employee was saying they’re going through a shift change and they couldn’t help me and hung up. I decided to call back a few hours later hoping to get a new employee/manager on the phone and was told my refund was processed and would take 7-10 business days to show in my account. Obviously it is now July 1st and I have never received my refund. I called the corporate number back on June 10th and was told the franchise owner would contact me directly as corporate could do nothing for this issue. I have yet to be contacted and this store successfully stole my money. Every employee/manager there deserves to be fired (and that’s coming from someone who worked customer/food service).

Scammers! Ordered my food 3 hrs ago. First, after 1 hour of waiting, they lied and marked the order as delivered. Then, when I called the associate on the phone, said "the order was attached to my account and I hit the button, the delivery driver is about to leave with your order." When I called back after the second hour, they said "we only have 1 driver it's on the way." After waiting 3 hrs, I requested a refund. I was then told "there is no one here who can process a refund, alot of people have been waiting 2 hours, and to dispute it with my credit card provider." There has to be some sort of penalty for these business practices. This franchise should be closed.

This location horrible! I will never order from here again! The people are rude and poor service. They gave me the wrong order I called them to let them know they were supposed to Deliver out a new one and never did. This all happened yesterday. Don’t waste your time ordering from this location.
