Cool selection of donations! Digital ordering like at McDonalds. Then everything happens very quickly. Quality is very consistent. The coffee is good but not great. The waitress is very busy with a police officer who gets his donations like in an American movie?Here we were approached by a bizarre gentleman who told us even more bizarre stories.So all in all an exciting experience that makes the very American chain interesting! Solid donut shop with decent coffee. Service is on point and prompt. Great location, easy in and out.
Apparently the employees appears to be incompetent twice my orders were messed up I ordered cream cheese bagel and jelly and I just got was a cream cheese bagel that's it the problem is they have some of these young workers there and they don't have their mind on their jobs just like the one near fresh grocer La Salle these women were incompetent lazy and careless but getting back to the one on 2001 chestnut the Asian female that works their also appears to be incompetent and doesn't fully understand English doesn't know how to assist she screwed up my order also. when I initially placed my order I specifically told cashier I wanted my bagel toasted I'm not sure if he knew what that meant but after the Asian employee fixed my bagel it was bare warm which I don't like and the white guy that work as a cashier I brought this matter to his attention and. he' nothing was done about due to their screw up The woman can bare speak English and the other guys doesn't seem to know toasted mean actually all three employees doesn't seem to know what toasted bagel cream cheese with jelly is

Service here is fast and accurate. The small lunchbar is fine if you are alone but not really suitable for a group of any size.
Ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese croissant and got two patties of dry meat on a croissant. How do you not know how to make your own menu items? I’m not feeling well and really not happy about this.
