It says 24 hours but, this location uses discriminatory practices. They won't take orders from people unless you use their app if it's early in the morning. They say their system is updating, and orders are only available through their app or for delivery drivers. This discriminates against some of my employees and coworkers that only have cash. It's done randomly in the morning at no specific time. This is done typically before 6:30 am. I believe it's because that's the time Wendy's opens next door.

I have ordered a cold brew and my friend got a hot latte. He got his cold latte and I got my cold brew with hated look. They don’t know how to make a coffee, 100%. At least for educating employees open youtube and make them watch how to make a coffee. I would recommend all of you to get a coffee machine and do your own, invest in yourself not others company. Not a financial advisor but my words are golden. Be your own coffee shop.

The customer service was really bad. The workers had their attitudes on. We asked for extra milk in one of our drinks and they made this face when giving the drink back. The other worker was constantly on her phone, she didn't even look at us. Also, the rest of the drinks were room temperature at max, but we wanted them hot. This is not how a coffee shop should be.
I recently visited Dunkin', expecting the usual quality and service, but I was met with a series of disappointments. Firstly, the coffee, which is the heart of any Dunkin' visit, was below par. Not only was it not served hot as one would expect, but the taste also left much to be desired. It lacked the richness and warmth I've come to associate with their brand. Moreover, the service was far from satisfactory. The employees seemed disinterested and unhelpful, which significantly dampened the overall experience. A friendly and engaging staff can often make up for other shortcomings, but unfortunately, this was not the case here. In summary, my visit was a letdown with both the product and service falling short of the standard I've come to expect from Dunkin'. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and that improvements are made for future customers.

There's an employee that works here named Julianna. She's White with sandy blonde hair, and a mean face. She has the worst customer service skills at this location out of every employee. She's not warm, or friendly, and has a horrible attitude. She's very curt and impatient when taking orders. She talks down to, and has hissy fits with other coworkers while she's working the drive thru window. She exhibits an inability to multitask effectively without having an attitude. She wears her emotions on her sleeve as her attitude is always clearly visible across her face. Someone should record her for 5 minutes and show her how she displays herself.
