Store at 6th & Lehigh was remodeled.... Looks real nice. Went thru drive- thru and got fast & correct service. Hope it continues like that.

STAY AWAY FROM 5901 Rising Sun Dunkin'! I feel bad for the few nice ones that work here! The staff from the morning shift I doubt had any proper training or manner including the guy manager on duty. Cashier skipping customers in line multiple times. When you tell them you're being skipped, she just stare at you and their coworkers just ignore you, too. What a team. What a joke! Next: when mobile order items are unavailable, instead of letting the customer know, they just simply don't do anything about it. They can keep staring at you without asking what you're waiting for knowing customers ordering after you keep coming up to pick up their order. The worst service possible. Then, you order cold drinks and get hot or vice versa. Ordering baked goods? It'll be nice and cold on the inside! You can give them chances; to make sure your disappointment bar keeps going up. America doesn't need to run on this Dunkin especially if you're on your way to work. Run anywhere but here. Terrible.
