I'm here every day, most days multiple visits, and every time I walk in that door they know exactly what coffee I want, they make my coffee on point and they make my food how I like it. Super friendly staff too. By far the best Dunkin' crew I've seen!
Cup had such a strong smell of perfume, this is not the first time this has happened at this location. I believe that the employees are wearing hand cream, the coffee was undrinkable.

I was on drive through and ordered tea with 1 sugar and didn’t get any, but on cup it says 3 sugar. Moreover, my muffin was cold and cheese didn’t melt as usual. I would not recommend to visit either to visit from this store!!!

The experience I had this morning was awful. I mobile order at this location 5 times a week most weeks. And this morning I came to pick up my usual mobile order and got told “no order here” “ didn’t go through” and had the window shut on my face. The women told me I never sent order even though I’m showing her my phone with a confirmed order number. I did NOT appreciate being treated like I’m stupid and don’t know how to make an order. Then of course, magically they find my order and quickly hand it to me and walk away… I didn’t even get an apology. I will not be back to this location ever.

Chuckled about it have replacement cold when I spoke about the customer service the manager just was arrogant in saying I’ll give u your money back ..no address ur teams mistakes and don’t allow someone who doesn’t speak English at front counter without being accompanied,, then when that fails most likely it won’t cuz u showed passion in error you offer money back … I hate poor customer service or lack there of and this location doesn’t put that first .. that’s the problem I
