I had the pleasure of being helped today by Erin! She was so sweet and even though it was busy, she skillfully took care of everyone’s orders, all while being so polite. Everyone’s orders were made efficiently, and even so my coffee was very good. Looking forward to going to this location again soon.

75% of the time my order is wrong. I use the dunkin app to order ahead to save time and it ends up taking twice as long bc either my order isn’t made up to 20 minutes after i order, or they constantly make the wrong items whether it’s food or drink. Usually it’s the drink that’s wrong.

Pop-Pop Pop-Its
Im not sure what the issue is. But this dunkin makes my coffee wrong almost everyday. I live really close to this DD but i will drive a mile away to woodhaven or grant ave to get my coffee made correctly. If you see the short older lady with the short blonde hair, and she made your coffee...its going to be wrong. Its not a "sometimes" it will be wrong on her shift. Its a it WILL be made wrong on her shifts.

This one was a good one. Now it's ghetto and run down. Please check your weekend staff. They are awful. I'll never go back on a weekend. I'll drive the extra miles to Morrell. They are so nice there. Your weekend staff is indifferent af. There's definitely a ring leader in that crew.
