The attitudes from some workers is ridiculous. They have no respect for the customers, they ask for your order with a stinky attitude then, get your order wrong and blame you for not saying it right . Please tell me how, HOT MED. COFFEE WITH SKIM MILK AND NO SUGAR sounds like MED HOT COFFEE WITH OAT MILK AND 3 SUGARS ? Then when you politely say, " I'm sorry hon,but that's not what I ordered" you get a " Weeeeellll! We don't do Skim Milk here!" With an eye roll.This is not my usual Dunkin place, I only came in because I was at the Frankford Terminal but will NEVER come in here again ,all I heard was alot of complaints from other customers and the words " never coming here again!"

The manager in the kitchen burnt all of our food turkey sausage wasn’t even cooked all the way smh the whole order was 15$ & the entire thing was trash
Because it's small, it's a little slow but they got a lot of traffic being in the terminal but having the app to order on the way helps

It's in a good location cause you can grab some breakfast before hoping on your next transportation, I don't know but some of the female staff have a "igaf" look and I understand but could be a little more positive. Dunkin Donuts manager/owners. Please pay them well and justly for their work. A lot of of homeless people stray outside but hey its Frankford ??♂️
