I'm kind of a heavy coffee drinker. I like it when I am on the road or sitting in an easy chair watching TV. One of my favorite places to buy coffee when I am on the road is Dunkin Donuts. I like my coffee black, no sugar, and so it has to be smooth and aromatic to be good. There are other good coffees out there but Dunkin's coffee is the best in my opinion. The service is always pretty quick and they don't give you attitude. The muffins are great, the bagels are very good and the doughnuts, well, they are doughnuts.

okay so I'm going to start off at the food, it was no higher then a 1 star because of the fact that it looked depressing and cold, the hot chocolate was very much water like, and I keep hearing baber nosies coming from the speakers and the employees had an attitude.

This is my favorite Dunkin to go to because the workers are always welcoming with a smile and I would give it 5 stars but I went to the drive thru of this location on 12/18/2023 and felt uncomfortable by an unfriendly Asian young man that seemed to lack interpersonal skills. When I pulled up to the window, he just gave me a confused stare and didn’t even greet me. I told him I had a mobile order pickup and he didn't respond to me. The manager needs to reconsider his employment at this Dunkin because I’m sure it will affect customers’ experiences.

I've been coming here every morning when going to work, never had an issue, the other day I gave the girl a $20 dollar bill & I got change as if I paid with a $5 dollar bill. When I addressed it I was treated as though I'm lyingSo after all these years I will not go there anymore & I'm still in a state of shock. I'm a grown woman & never took a penny from anyone or scammed any business in my life.

Ordered from the app an ice coffee, went in to pay for it but somehow it got lost in translation and we received a hot coffee Asked lady to change and it was a problem. She said something about points. After going back and forth, we decided to walk away from the counter after saying this is not good customer service. No effort to comply with customers desires. The lady began talking in her language which was very rude. Tables were dirty.
