My first time visiting wanted a quick snack so my son took me there, I had the beef pepperoni it was nothing fancy wasn't bad, and wasn't great either.

Ordered a pizza. paid for it right there. then the cashier claimed i didn't pay for the pie. he was very rude and did it to more than one person. made no sense. i ended up paying twice for ONE pizza. the person didn't believe me when i pulled up my bank app and showed him the payment. he called it "fake". taking my business elsewhere.

This is the worst costumer service I have ever received in my life. Rude and not helpful at all. I’m missing half my order and they told the door dash guy my order was just pizza when clearly on the receipt it had wings fries sides and a drinks. I called for them to make it right and they said “put it up with DoorDash not us”

Ordered on caviar. There was nowhere to order a side of ranch. So I called immediately after placing the order and explained my four year old won’t eat pizza without ranch and asked how I could add it. Denied. Spoke to manager. Offered to order more food or even Venmo him in order to get a side of ranch. They refused. Pretty ridiculous they would not put a squirt of ranch in a plastic container and send with my order. Zero customer service skills.

I order from here all the time ask for extra well done and I get them however this time they did not do as I asked and did not fix it the wings are wet and the manager told me it was from the heat my pick up time was 9:25 got my food in time so I don’t understand how did my extra well done wings turned out not well done at all horrible I will not be ordering food from them again
