The worst experience ever. Order was unbearably slow when going please lower your expectations because I can guarantee you will wait an hour for your order that anywhere else will take 10 mins. Chicken was rancid its genuinely difficult to make chicken this bad; a kindergardener could make chicken miles better. Ordered sauce they COMPLETELY forgot it and to put the cherry on top the service was detrimental the person forgot to give us our order and walked right by it 2 times another employee who was already busy taking order s had to remind him take this as a warning toNERVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!!!!!!!!
Wait time was almost an hour forgot our honey doughnuts and sauces employees forgot to give us our order even after it was done chicken was undercooked and soggy NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!
Very unprofessional and unwelcoming!! An employee by the name of V made our first time at this location a horrible experience!! She has no customer service skills at all!! The manager Braden was literally know better he was unapologetic about his employee V’s ignorance! I’m thankful I didn’t spend a dime there!! Avoid the ignorance this place has to offer they will ruin your day!! I definitely wanted to leave ZERO STARS but didn’t have that option!!

The hot donuts are to die for !!!Reminds me of puerto rico and the hot donuts cart ?The cinnamon sugar ones are my go-to.half dozen for me everytime we come to philly !The chicken sandwich is great too !

Visited Federal Donuts on South Street early on a weekday morning, pleasantly finding easy and free street parking before 11 AM. It’s a cozy spot with welcoming staff and enough seating to comfortably enjoy your visit.I decided to try their unique takes on spiced cake donuts: the Baklava and Fig Mascarpone. The Baklava donut, topped with honey walnut glaze and crispy cinnamon brown sugar kataifi, was quite a sweet endeavor, a bit too much for my liking. The Fig Mascarpone donut, drizzled with sweet mascarpone and fig glaze, although also on the sweeter side, was a delightful companion to my coffee. Its sweetness was pronounced but balanced better with a beverage.Caught up in the moment, I forgot to snap pictures before indulging. Guess it’s just a testament to how appealing they looked. Friendly staff and the easy morning setup on South Street make Federal Donuts a hassle-free choice for a quick and tasty breakfast or coffee run.For those curious about exploring beyond traditional donuts, Federal Donuts offers an interesting twist with flavors like Fig Mascarpone. It’s a tad sweet, so pairing it with coffee might just strike the right balance for a morning treat.Parking: Street parking should be easy on week day mornings . Donuts were pretty, but they were hard and stale. Tasted like cardboard tbh. We ended up throwing out the whole box. I couldn't even get my kids to eat them. I was really looking forward to trying these. Major disappointment
Great doughnuts but don’t wait more than 2 days to eat them or they start to get dry. Meant to eat that day or next morning.

Federal Donuts never disappoints! Ugh I love! This location serves up coffee, crispy fried chicken, and warm (or not) donuts. My favorite donut flavors have been the warm Cinnamon Brown Sugar, Banana Pancake, and Blueberry. The icing has a lemon zing that melts in your mouth and the fluffy, moist inside is heavenly.
