always a great time, and it's nice to walk in and everybody knows your name, and those who don't are your friends by the end of the night

We stopped in for a quick bite and drink at Fireside Tavern. It felt like a local bar but had very welcoming staff that greeted us as soon as we entered. For the table, we ordered crabby fries, mozzarella sticks, and buffalo wings. The chef even came out to make sure there were no adjustments prior to firing up the food. Everything tasted pretty good. The wings were fried well and the mozzarella sticks were massive. If I knew the crabby fries were only just a regular order of fries with Old Bay I may have gone a different direction but the rest of the group didn’t mind them. Two things to be aware of are that they are cash only, but do have an ATM in the bar. There also was a pretty strong smell of smoke in the bar in case you are sensitive to that.

This bar is cash only but they have an ATM available. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. We went around Christmas and they really went all out with the decorations. The chef makes all the food fresh and it comes out hot. The prices of the food and drinks are all reasonable, and you have your pick at a decent assortment of appetizers. The wings were crispy and you can get the sauce on the side to get your desired level of sauciness.

This place attracts a bunch of people that have no problem throwing their trash outside all over the neighborhood and breaking glass bottles all over the street where kids have to walk to school the next the morning. This bar actually ruins the entire neighborhood around it because of the extreme amount of pollution and drives down the value of the community. Everyone that lives nearby complains to them about it and they don’t care or even attempt to put an extra trash can outside or sign up.
