Was already unhappy with the last 2 times i ordered cheeseteaks (one time with raw onions and another time with fried onions). This most current time i ordered a pizza steak. It was gross. I mean hardly edible. I can only pin point 1 issue. They do not prep onions right and use bad parts. The raw onions were like rubber and this past time, the fried onions were also tough on the pizza steak. The thickness and crunch of the onions (some were cut smaller, but thick chunks)are an unpleasant mix with the texture of the steak.

We love Franks and order from there often. I use Uber eats for delivery but today when my order was delivered I was missing a whole chicken cheesesteak. So I called the restaurant and the girl I spoke with was baffled and said she pack our order her self and she was certain she was also very apologetic and referred me to file a complaint with Uber eats which I did and was refunded the ibder cash instantly. I replaced the order for the chicken cheesesteak and when the order arrive there was a free piece of cake included in the order. Thank to the kind girl I spoke with and thank you for the cake it made a frustrating situation less frustrating we appreciate her!

My order took forever to arrive and I don't live far away. Anyway, I had a cheese steak and it was really small and "extremely tough". I should have called DD for a refund. But I didn't. If anyone has bad teeth or dentures I advise that you stay away! Smh. I've never had a steak sandwich that tough. I recommend the steak and hoagie factory!! Their steaks are excellent and plentiful. Truly flavorful. I only ordered from Franks bc I wanted to try somewhere else. I'll never order from Franks again. I hope nothing but toughness was wrong with that meat??? Their milkshake wasn't all that great either. Watery. And not sealed properly.
