Water ice is always good but the new guy doesn’t follow directions right. The portions of the water ice and gelati got smaller and when I requested him to do more he told me no. I don’t want to stop coming to a good water ice place because of 1 new guy but I think he needs to be trained on how to give water ice and gelati and not be so lazy.

Oh course they have amazing fun water ice flavors though lately I’ve been opting for the ice cream. All ice cream isn’t created equal but Fred is definitely on to something. Fred’s is on par with a creamery if that’s your jam, so why take that drive when you can stop here!When I’m passing through the city and avoiding “grocery store brand” ice cream I always stop by and get a large cup mixed with a topping or two. My taste buds are satisfied and my digestive system is happy.

Should have been came here. I enjoyed my green apple gelati with rainbow sprinkles. My Pretzel was fresh.They're black owned and they have fenced in seating so you let the kids get their eat on without messing up the car or they clothes or stroller.they located on the trolley and bus route

The Realest
Waterice was good but the pretzel was cold. I was pissed at how slow the workers work. To make matters wires worse, we were all waiting in one line but the whole time there's a second window all the way to the side that looks like a pickup window(I guess only the regulars knew about it). Instead of the staff shortening the line, they Instead let us wait for the long period of time smh.
