This place has gone down in the last couple of years. The sandwich quality is never consistent, but that's not why this is two stars . I'd give this place 4 stars if it wasn't for my last experience. I will never order a sandwich from a spot that'll cook my food while they got windex next to all the ingredients . I came here one night from work and the cook gave me so much attitude in the process for an all American hero sandwich he ain't even do what I asked him to do . Now I did go during later hours so I imagine no one will experience what happened to me but overall this kick rocks . Expensive ass deli sandwiches for what ?

Holy smokes... this chicken panini with chipotle sauce is BANGIN. Very clean inside. Great selection of food and beverages. This is the spot to go to!!!

Previously, my partner and I really enjoyed this spot and often got sandwiches and wraps from them. However, today my partner found a piece of plastic in his sandwich. He wasn’t upset, as he’s a cook himself and understands that mistakes happen. He threw away the rest of the sandwich, and headed back to the store with the long strand of black plastic to show them and to ask for a refund (this was about 15 minutes after we had left with our order).The worker there claimed that it couldn’t have been from them and therefore wouldn’t refund him. Eventually, he offered to give him at most $5. My partner explained that his sandwich was around $12 and he should be given a full refund for it, because he had to throw it away for fear of consuming any other plastic. The worker finally and begrudgingly agreed to give him $10, and said that “next time” it happens, he should bring the sandwich back with the plastic still in it so they could really see proof…. even though my partner handed them the piece of plastic that had clearly come from the inside of the sandwich.This is extremely frustrating, as both of us have worked in food service before and can understand mistakes, but the response from the people that work here was awful. My partner showed them the plastic because he assumed they’d want to try and figure out how it got in there or where it came from so that it doesn’t happen again, but instead they claim it wasn’t from them l, but also told him what he should do “next time something like this happens”. Keep in mind we were also the only people there when we ordered our food, so it wasn’t a mistake due to a busy shift. I would include a picture of the plastic, but they held onto it. Unfortunately, we won’t be back after this.

I just left the place and I can’t help but to leave a review immediately after. The customer service was amazing and everyone is so friendly. The smoothies and the panini was so good. I’m from Jersey but anytime I come to Philly I’ll make sure to stop by!

Wow I don’t even know where to begin with the sandwich I got. It was the ocky style chopped cheese. Everything was fresh and delicious. The market itself was also super clean and the employees were very nice.
