I went to visit fuel today in south Philly and the trans Mexican girl at the front counter was very ignorant and rude and gave very bad customer service . I love franko but he needs to fire her or I’ll never come there again I miss the walnut location customer service :(

My experience with Fuel over the course of numerous orders (>10-15 over several years) has been very hit or miss. The food is tasty, but the quality of preparation is often severely lacking. For example, I most recently (3/12/24) ordered the calpita as takeout, and it came with absolutely no sweet potato (main protein) and no detectable cheddar cheese. On another occasion previously at the now closed 12th and Walnut location, I had received a salad with avocado that had been sliced and added to the salad with the shell and pit and all. I'm sorry to say this establishment is still underperforming in my opinion. Overall, I'd say still risky to order takeout from here, maybe dine-in is better.

I got an avocado power bowl, which turned out to be a large bowl of rice and a few pieces of stale chips, a couple kernels of corn, and a few diced tomatoes. There were so few toppings that all I could taste was the bland rice. I can’t believe I paid almost $20 before

I had a great experience using Fuel in South Philly. There was a mixup with an online order and Brittany saved the day by helping me get the food ordered and delivered on time to an office of 12 people. The food was fresh and delicious with generous portion sizes! I had the sweet potato fries and the strawberry spinach salad. Everyone enjoyed their meal! Thank you Brittany for your excellent customer service!
Quality has really declined recently. This used to be my go-to salad spot on Passyunk, but I got a sandwich and salad today, and they were so very meh, I wish I'd eaten elsewhere. The inside of the shop felt so run down, I was embarrassed to take my mom in. Guess I have to find a new go-to.

we ordered tonight and it was terrible. my chicken sandwhich was freezing cold, I had maybe 8 little pieces of chicken (chunks not strips), I paid extra for avocado on my sandwhich and it wasent on there. We won’t be coming back here.
