I don't normally leave reviews but I just felt like I had to leave one after the service I received. As a domestic exchange student, I have flown from PA to my home state semi frequently within the past few months. This past weekend, my flights were located in Terminal E and I came across Gachi Sushi & Noodles. I tend to eat prior to coming to the airport, but my flights were very early in the morning and I was rushing out of my dorm. Since I got through TSA quicker than expected, I decided to explore the food options available before my 6am flight. There was a cashier named Minh that flagged me down as I walked past, noticing that I had briefly looked at their selection. Needless to say, his charismatic approach and appetizing recommendations is what led me to purchasing a sweet and sour bowl from them. The bowl was surprisingly filling to me despite the fact that I had not eaten since the previous night. I decided to eat at the tables nearby and Minh made sure I had everything I needed (napkins, utensils, etc) before I sat down. Having time to spare, I stuck around for a little bit and Minh struck up light conversations with me, checking in habitually while still attending to any customer that came by. Although it wasn't very busy being so early in the morning, he made sure the line ran seamlessly so that customers would not be rushed to eat their food in order to make their flights. The wait time for my own rice bowl felt like I had just looked down at my phone and the food was ready already. When I flew back to PA a couple days later, I walked past Gachi and saw him there again. He remembered me and recommended that I try the ramen bowl which was great as well. It helped warm me up with my flight landing in rainy conditions. I asked him for a picture to add into my review and he was more than happy to be in it. Great customer service is a hard to find these days, considering how much stress service workers are required to bare nowadays. I will definitely be coming back every time I travel to PA to check in with Minh and try whatever he recommends to me!

Great Service. Incredibly fresh sashimi and sushi. The prices were very reasonable, not what you’d expect at the airport. Bigger portions of sashimi than most restaurants in the City and prices the same or less. Thank you Gachi.

Had a quick takeout of shrimp gyoza. It was hot, flavorful and tasty. Cost about $10 for 5-6 gyoza. Good service.

Picked this place by chance and was not disappointed!! My wife and I had the miso soup, beef rice bowl, spicy shrimp tempura and the southwest roll and all were delicious! Seriously some of the best food I’ve had in an airport. The staff was very attentive and friendly also. Highly recommend!

It was okay. Very average, so I'm giving it 3 stars to reflect that. I had a rainbow roll and a California roll. Not a lot of flavor and the rolls didn't have quite the texture I like and often find at other sushi restaurants. Prices are in line with airport food options, more expensive than if they didn't have a captive audience of people waiting for flights.

I needed to break a 100 and the person there was kind enough to do it with a small item of the salmon onigiri. I did not expect a bomb onigiri. Recommend 100% 1-2 can fill ya and it’s just $6. Thank you again to the person willing to break 100 dollar bill.

Food was extremely mid. Got the beef rice bowl cause the guy next to me seemed to be enjoying it but I guess he was just famished. Wasn’t horrible but wish I had just got fries somewhere else. Dudes behind the counter were super attentive. Service was great but I would definitely not ever eat here again.

Gachi in Terminal E is a delightful surprise. The staff is warm and efficient. The food was very fresh and tasty. We were in and out (with full bellies) in 30 minutes. I recommend the tempura shrimp.
