My girlfriend and I decided to come in for happy hour and I’m so happy we did! The food and cocktails were delicious but we were really blown away by the service. Our server, KB, was incredible. She was on top of everything, knowledgeable, personable, and gave great recommendations. We can’t wait to come back!

We had dinner here last night and really enjoyed it. First, the hall entrance makes you feel like you are entering a swanky hideaway. The decor and the entire room is just beautiful. The service was very attentive and nice. The food was good. We shared the mussels and they were like butter. Not overcooked and the marinara sauce with it was delicious. Hubby had the sunday gravy and really liked it. I had the Orecchiatta with sausage and broc rabe...and it was okay. I can't explain it but it just tasted weird. Not necessarily "bad" but not as you would expect based on the traditional dish. It is one of my favorite dishes and I've gotten it at several restaurants and even make it at home, and this version is significantly different. Weirdly sweeter and nutty in an odd way. Maybe even like it had maple syrup in it? I didn't hate it, but I wouldn't order it again. Over all this was a cool spot. Very instagram worthy :)

Amazing food. I was not usually able to impress my wife with an Italian restaurant since she lived in Italy for years when she was 18-22. But this place knocked it out of the park. And bonus, our 9yo daughter also loved it. The only thing that was less than up to our preference was how dark it was. But we're old and need light to see. If you're young and hip, it shouldn't be a problem. The octopus appetizer with a side of broccoli rabe was more than enough for my dinner and so so so amazing.

I’m not one to go for Italian food, but the food was delicious! I was at an event and we had more than 20 people in our party. The meatballs just melted in my mouth!

Beautiful experience and location!! The atmosphere was perfect and the food was divine. Our server Tiffany was so amazing and gave us great recommendations. The Caesar Salad, Linguine Fra Diavolo, and Spaghetti and Clam were all so fresh and flavorful. Highly recommend coming here if you are visiting Philly.

So last night, I circled the block and checked out what's been good at Giuseppe & Sons in Center City ❤️Stuffed juicy veal chops, generous pasta with savory red sauce, tasty filling meatballs, hand drawn mozzarella at the table, octopus, raspberry cheesecake, and the fruitiest, booziest cocktails ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I haven't been here in years and my goodness it still snaps like a 90s Boyz II Men record ?

Flight was delayed so I had a few hours to kill and stopped in for dinner. The hostess were beyond hospitable. Perfect start. Sat down my server was an absolute pleasure she mentioned at one point she was somewhat newer and I did not for one second get that vibe. The ricotta app was absolutely amazing. The bread was so good! Veal parm also very good and piping hot! Wanted the truffle tag they didn’t have it so I tried gnocchi I was hoping egg yolk would be runny. Gnocchi was made well but I just didn’t love it. The chocolate cake dessert was a great finisher! Very good find was a great experience and super cute bathrooms!

As you enter the restaurant you’ll see a sign that points down a flight of stairs leading to the restaurant. It almost felt like a speakeasy kind of vibe. The hallway full of picture frames is such a picture worthy spot… don’t get fooled by the hallway because at the end, you’ll see how spacious the restaurant is. We ordered a round of espresso martinis (our first time ever) & it was disgusting. I realize that the alcohol/coffee combination is not my thing (if you’re an espresso martini drinker please try it and let me know your opinion). We then ordered appetizers which was amazinggggg. The table side hand pulled mozzarella was something i never knew i needed in life. Moving onto our entree, i got the salmon w a side of gnocchi, i was honestly full of the gnocchi because they were soft like pillows and very addicting that i didn’t touch my salmon much. The salmon had a green crunch on top which was good. My cousin ordered the tortellini and ugh it was delicious (i will be going back to order a plate to myself). My other cousin ordered the chicken Parmesan which was fulfilling & pasta which was a 10/10. Honestly everything exceeded my expectations. I went to Italy last year and when I ate at this restaurant I felt like teleported. We also ordered the table side tiramisu which was sooooo goood. All in all everything was amazing and yes I am a pasta person. It was chefs kiss!

This place is a gem. From entering the dining room to the food itself. We got the whipped ricotta and meatballs to start, followed by the bolognese and ricotta filled tortellini. The bolognese was good but not my favorite of the dishes we ordered. Either way, haven’t had such well seasoned food and hearty sauce in a while so will definitely come back with my partner and family. Service was excellent as well and made sure our drinks never emptied.
