I saw the construction outside and thought they were closed. But they’re still OPEN.Service was quick and the food was amazing. I had their fried dumplings, general Tao chicken, and crab Rangoon. First of all, the one review hating on their crab Rangoon baffles me. It’s one of my favorite items on the menu and always filled with crab and cheese. I guess every place makes it different.I’m glad they’re still open, the whole neighborhood got so worried. Support your small businesses guys!!

Absolutely not! Do NOT order the crab Rangoon. There's no filling in the middle. The food is below average.

Unfortunately Falling Under The Same Circumstances as All Business Of Increasing Prices & Overlooking Quality. At This Point Happy Dragon Is A Sad One That Will Not Be Getting No More Business From This Foodie. Don't Do It Or You'll Be Disappointed Too.

Found this little critter (a bug egg of some sort) in my food here. The staff were very unwilling to give my money back after showing them the egg, saying that it was “minced garlic”. The food used to be quite good a couple of months ago, but they started making it differently and now it tastes mediocre, with a side of parasites!!!

Picked up food for takeout this week. Everything tasted good but I suspected that perhaps the ownership or cooks had changed from when I last ate from here. Just subtle differences such as whole shrimp in the egg roll, darker pork fried rice, and "gooey" looking chicken chow mein. No real complaints as I always liked Happy Dragon's food; but small differences seemed to have occurred.

I do not recommend. The food is not good. The rice tastes like it was cooked in a dirty pan/wok has a Smokey flavor to it. Always greasy and tastes like it’s been cooked in the oil of 10 other dishes. Sad you can’t find good/quality Chinese food in Sp anymore. Also I ordered Shrimp egg rolls and they had little mini balls of meat in them. Disappointed all around.

Never do I write a complaint but I will now. I ordered two combo plates and a crab rangoon. When the food got here it was $46.60 and that's just the beginning problem. Not sure why everything was so dark, maybe MSG not sure but nothing had any flavor. The flavore it did have was all the same like it was all cooked in the same grease. No added anything for flavore. The chicken and pork fried rice just had some chicken in it and some pork in it and this dark plain tasting rice. Even the egg roll had that same dull taste that everything else had. The crab rangoons were rubbery, the corners were to hard to chew and they had nothing in the middle, like the wipe of a spoon. After a few tastes it went in the trash just like the money and i made spaghetti for dinner. As a business owner I turn out the best work possible and if that's what I just got then I would highly suggest that you call somewhere else, not to mention $46.60 smfh.. No stars at all, not even one.

I use to love the food from this place but the last few months the food has been terrible, idk if they are under new management or what but the food is disgusting anymore.

General tao chicken. Only 2 small pieces of brocolli. Fried rice was good, shrimp roll had one tiny piece of shrimp in it,and the chicken was not fresh at all. I hope I don't get a stomach virus.

I got home late from work and later decided I was too tired to cook. My son asked for Chinese food. I've passed this restaurant and read many good reviews. I can't begin to tell you how horrible and unedible the food was. My son enjoyed his Wonton soup, but the hot and sour was a gelatinous mess. I picked out the tofu and vegetables with a fork. We ordered the barbecue spare ribs and General Tso's chicken. Neither had any flavor, and the chicken was gristly and impossible to chew. The quality of the ribs was equally horrible. I was hoping to have leftovers for lunch, but since our trash day was the next day, I threw it out. I spoke to the male manager/ owner the next afternoon and calmly told him about our food. Instead if apologizing or asking how he could remedy the situation, he bragged that " everybody loves our food. Nobody ever complains." I repeated that the quality and taste of the food was unacceptable. I told him I would have brought it back, but I wanted it taken away in the trash. I asked for a partial refund. He refused because we ate it. I reminded him that it was so horrible we couldn't eat it. I told him I always call the restaurant to see if they will make a concession before I write a scathing review. He hung up on me. I don't know how they have stayed in business for 41 years.
