We had a seafood boil with garlic & butter , the portion was definitely not worth it for 2 people dinner & 3 drinks $145.00 , each item was alacarte which you pay for each item 1 crab cluster , 1 potato ,portion 1 shrimp portion, this is scam is geared toward higher pricing , the garlic butter sauce was wack, it taste more like water down broth that actual butter & garlic, I have had better seafood , I should have went to red lobster …..I won’t be going back, if I could rate this less than one star I would

They food is good I have ordered pick up and delivery several times and the only problem I have ( which to me is a big problem) is that their food is always salty. I have tried to change the way I order my seasoning but it always comes out too salty. Is there anyway I can order my food without it being over salted? If not I won’t e able to order again because I can’t buy what I can’t eat and it’s ashamed because if it wasn’t for the salt it would be so delicious

I’ve never been to this restaurant before so me and a friend decided to give it a try mind you! the food was amazing but the service was trash. Our bartender,and waitress because we stayed at the bar took 45 minutes just to give us our appetizer that was just a soup took an additional hour for us yo get our crab boil and had to wait over 20 minutes just to get our drinks refilled while she was fraternizing with other customers and taking shots with them. This is a franchise restaurant not a hood bar the bartender is not supposed to be taking shots with a customers there and I personally think she definitely overcharge me Comping food stealing the money on the side because her is energy was sus and was so weird , the restaurant. Personally, I think it could be a great atmosphere and a good place but their management needs to be mindful of who they working with. I will get this three out of the five star just because my service was trashy people really need to get your life together in the restaurant industry in Philadelphia.

This seafood was Absolutely HORRIBLE my daughter and I went yesterday evening what and waste of money…I should’ve known that the food was nasty when I noticed that the parking lot was empty…my king crab legs were very soft and mushy…THEY ALSO CHARGE A 15% gratuity fee automatically I’ve NEVER gone to a restaurant that automatically charges a fee…I WILL NEVER EAT HERE EVER AGAIN THE FOOD WAS JUST NASTY ?
My party of three was overcharged.. we were directed to the bar maid raja .. she spelled her name for us while trying to be condescending to find that the 25 dollar tip is automatically charged no matter the party amount.. the menu we were given stated charges were for a party of 5 of more.. raja pointed out note pad sized signs hung on the wall that announced the up charged.. unfortunately, we were seated at the fireplace where no upcharge sign hung...We will not be returning, and we are telling all of our coworkers and friends the same..Maybe the poor business practice of uncharging was the reason this establishment had very few customers at 3:00 pm on a Saturday..See the photo showing that there was no sign at our seat..and the menu is not showing the upcharge. the one pointed out by raja was 10 feet away from our table.. the charges should be placed on the menu...

There was a bug on the wall The food wasn't good there were to many TV's playing different things it was to loud I was uncomfortable I wish I went to Chilies instead. Worst food ever dryer then the Sahara desert ew ew ew.

When I started to go out by myself this was definitely a place I'd go! The bartender is the nicest person! She always has good energy and great conversations! Like any other hook & reel the ambiance definitely makes you feel like your in a crab house eating fresh seafood! Always a good time!
