Came for my daughter’s volleyball. Our server, Jason, was remarkably rude towards us. Seemed like he didn’t want to be there. We still tipped well because sometimes people have a bad day, but maybe he should find a new industry to work in. Will not be back.

Visited on a Tuesday evening. Service was EXCELLENT! The young lady that took care of us was very personable and helped us make some tasty food and beverage selections. They have a great menu and the prices were quite reasonable. Really enjoyed this dining experience!

I was recently at center city location. I love this restaurant. But I don’t understand why they don’t have air conditioning. I expect to dine in but I had to leave in the middle of eating. The staff is wonderful but for them to work with no is sad. I hope this changes soon. Judy

We were in town for a conference, so made a 4:15 reservation. Lots of open tables and inquired at hostess table, then finally got sat at 4:40pm. We waited another 20 minutes at our table and not a single person came up to take an order or provide water. We got up and left to go to another spot that had way better service despite being busier. Disappointed because it had good reviews.

If you do not have a reservation, make one before you go in. There was plenty of availability online. However, at the door they told us an hour to hour and 15 min wait. I signed up online and it was 5 minute wait time. Male hostess was rude however female hostess was extremely polite. Service was quick to get food to us. The check took a minute to come. My beer tasted funny honey hibiscus lager. Pass on it.

The service was not so good because it took them a long time to serve me and I signaled to the waitress who had seen me and practically did not pay much attention to me.

Visited twice last week for afternoon beer and bites - food was awesome and reasonably priced for a brewery. Bartender was friendly, on-point and made sure our pints never sat empty.

Ate at the bar. Bartenders were speedy and friendly. Great selection of beers (not just a selection of ipas) several European styles represented. The flavor and freshness of the sirloin salad was good but the meat was a little tough

Everything was great, we received a very warm welcome and were given a seat straight away. Burgers and the like tasted very good and we were very happy. The only thing left to complain about is that there were no closed drinks. For us (Europeans) it is important because when we mix the drinks (syrup) with water we get sick very quickly (chlorine taste). But it's best to order orange juice or apple juice without ice cubes, then there shouldn't be any problems.

Never seen a restaurant with zero management before, very unique experiment. Awful employees, extremely rude and worse than useless.
