Only been once for the 9.99 reward member prime rib deal not bad at all. Prime rib plus baked potatoe and broccoli for $10 from 4-10pm I’ll take it. Not sure if this is offered daily but they do have different specials daily so be sure to ask or check the specials. The prime rib was decent. Literally was about the same quality I’d get out at another restaurant I’ve paid more for. Highly recommend; service was slow but good

We went for the Prime Rib special and was extremely disappointed! They first said they were sold out and after we complained they “found” w slices! They looked and tasted like shoe leather! I choked on the very first piece and was happy to walk out alive!!! I have eaten there many times and always enjoyed it, but this time was awful. I would never recommend the Prime Rib Special to anyone!!

I was disappointed came in for the prime rib. They were out. But I had the pasta,it was delicious.mom had shrimp and fries good. My daughter had the jack burger she said it was excellent. But we really wanted to try the prime rib.

Food is always delicious and drinks are always on point! However, had a waiter name Steven or Steve twice. The first time he was nice but the second time very rude! I asked if they still had the pecan crusted Salmon and his prissy response was do you see it on the menu! I said I can’t see the menu as I didn’t have my glasses! He then said well try not forgetting them! He went on further as I responded. I don’t think that is an appropriate way to respond to customers because they ask if a certain dish is available. Anyhow, Steve is loud and flamboyant so customers could hear him at other tables while speaking rudely. Besides this last experience the food is always great!

I had a late night dining reservation that was cancelled due to power outage, so my partner and I decided to wing it and stop here. We were absolutely blown away at the quality of the food, skills of the chef and of our server, Diane.Crab cakes were large, 90% crab and with perfectly crisp breading. Light and fluffy, not greasy. Delicious.Penne vodka with shrimp was straight out of a mom and pop Italian restaurant.Nachos were next level as well.Highly recommended, and with late night hours too! We will be back.

I know this place is inside the casino. But I'd look into some kind of air filter contraption. If the horrible food and service doesn't run you off .... The smoke will. I came for the prime rib special. What a joke. More like the prime rubberband special. Yes I know prime rib tends to be fatty....but rubbery? Absolutely. Then the server left a bottle of ketchup. Nothing I ordered required ketchup. Especially not prime rib. My sad French onion soup needed to be deported. And that's my favorite soup. The steamed broccoli was basically raw. The baked potato was sorry as well. Since they didn't have chives I opted for scallions... forgot to bring it out. And the dinner was hard to the point of if I threw it at someone's head they would've had a goose egg. The pear martini was good. It took so long to get it I was ready to walk to the bar myself. And the service was non-existent. No one should have to wait that long to be waited on. And bring a glass of water at seating or at least ask. Like I had to ask plus asking for napkins. And yes I sent the food back and paid for my drink and high tailed it out of there.

Food was horrifying. I ordered the crab cake platter. Comes with sweet potato fries and cole slaw. For $32, I expected more crab and less breading. I also expected real fries instead of the crunchy strings. C'mon Jack's, do better!

The server got our order so completely messed up. Our entrees came out before or apps. Our table was never cleared after apps. The burgers were all over cooked and dry. The apps were tasty and drinks were good. Got the lavender martini.
The service was horrible. The prime rib was rubbery on top of the server leaving ketchup. Like yuk. The broccoli wasn't steamed it was raw. And the baked potato was just as bad. The French onion soup needed to be deported. The only thing that was good was the Pear Martini

My first and last experience at Jacks and Rivers casino, Worst experience in a restaurant by far. My server was wonderful however overworked, with an awful support staff behind her. Who seats a waitress 4 tables at the same time then adds a 6 top on top of her.My food came out by a busser since my waitress was busy. I then glanced around, trying to get someone’s attention to assist me before my food got cold since the three people at the host stand were too busy talking about everything and everyone else.I decided to get my own bottle of ketchup.Instead of one of them coming over and apologizing for me having to help myself they proceeded to tell everyone in the restaurant what I did and how I was a TRASHY customer. I allowed my food to remain untouched and I paid my bill and tipped my waitress and left. I have worked in customer service for 28 years and I tend to say customer service has gone down hill because customers have become entitled well not the case here it was just poor and awful customer service.

Stopped here for dinner before a concert in the area and we had a great time! Diane was a great waitress and the food was delicious. I suggest the bacon burger and cheese steak egg rolls!

They are charging your card when u make a tab.. without your permission they charge your card.. I paid all cash and still my card was charged...
