These girls were so helpful when I was being really annoying. I asked for the wrong cone and they gave me the wrong one and the right one and didn’t charge me and didn’t even seem bothered. The darkest chocolate was so good. Thanks for your

Expensive but great quality, and the people who work there are always super friendly. Good as a nice treat every now and then.

The girls were super nice and got exactly what we wanted -- to satisfy our nightly ice cream craving! The waffle cone is made in house daily

When Jeni's came to the neighborhood I heard tons of people raving about it, so I gave it a try. The first time I tried the flavors I was pretty happy about it. I was really intrigued by the butter cake flavor which was pretty good. The moment I walked in, I can smell the waffle cones being made.I also appreciate the clearly labeled allergy details. My little one who is an ice cream fan thoroughly enjoys the flavors she's picked. While Jeni's is not my favorite ice cream parlor, it has a good offering and ambiance.

Idk why anyone goes here. There are way better options just a few blocks away. The flavors are way too sweet, it’s overpriced, and it’s not locally owned. Hard pass. ??

Delicious ice cream and friendly staff. And right now $2 from every pint sold will go to Shriner's Hospital if you mention it during your purchase.

Their gooey brown butter cake is so good, and they have new exciting flavors all the time. A bit pricey, especially the pints. Haven't gone to Franklin fountain since.Edit: their scoops are so small now :( ripoff

I went to Jeni's for the first time when I went to Columbus, OH with my friend to visit her sister at Ohio State University and, since then, I've gone to Jeni's every time I've gone back to visit Columbus. So I was pretty excited when I heard that they were opening two Philly locations. Their frosé sorbet flavor is probably hands down my favorite flavor that they have. I'm always impressed by the assortment of flavors that they carry. Definitely not your typical vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry. Because I love having a variety, I opted for the trio scoop. The staff member who assisted me and husband was so patient with us as we sampled a few flavors to come to our ultimate decision of what we were going to get. Also, I really liked how after she handed us each sample, she would give a brief explanation of each flavor. I ended up choosing the Honey Vanilla Bean, Salty Caramel, and Wildberry Lavender. The Honey Vanilla Bean and Salty Caramel tasted like your standard vanilla bean and salted caramel so you can probably pass on these flavors unless you're in the mood for something classic. I would recommend the Wildberry Lavender though. The flavor was quite complex: fruity, creamy, and a little florally.Would I go back? : Maybe. I usually don't prefer heavy sweets and most of Jeni's flavors lean on the rich and decadent side. But I do think the few flavors I like are quite unique and I like that they keep things interesting with limited time flavors. Also, because Jeni's is now more accessible, the novelty of going has worn off a bit. Based on my personal flavor preferences, I would more accurately rate Jeni's a 3.5 but I do think they sell a solid scoop of ice cream.

I've been here quite a few times after dinners in the area. It's very satisfying walking around fish town while eating some ice cream after a nice night out.

When you walk in smells so good, they have So many flavors! I don’t usually eat ice cream so not sure what the prices are but $12 is pricy for a pint!!

Ice cream is great but when I was told they choose the 10 scoops I pay for on the (flight $21), I have a problem with that. Im paying for it, why cant I choose what I want? I use to go 3xs a week. Stopped ever since. Thanks for saving me $63 a month!
