Horrible experience. The guy working gave me turkey on a hard bun. Somehow he forgot to put lettuce tomato and mayo on. I would suggest going to Starbucks next door.

This was my second visit th jj and I was very very upset the sandwich only had 4 pieces of meat on it and when I called the lady who answered the phone didn't even act like she was concerned about me not being happy....

Hours posted on website indicate shop us open til 6:00 PM. Was there before 4 PM on April 11, 2023 and doors were locked. So did the store just choose to close early or do the times need to be updated on the website. We love the sandwiches and we're disappointed.

I frequently pop in to this store 3601 Market, the entrance is off market on 36th I also frequent the one at PCAM HUP University of Pennsylvania. The food is very good the service is good the places are bright and clean and since the popular hoagie chain in Philly, the one that closed stores...stopped using delivered Amorosos rolls I now like Jimmy John's rolls better. I get the Totally Tuns that has tuna salad, cucumbers and I add provolone cheese. Its my favorite tuna salad anywhere. The employees are fun and interactive and focused on customer service. The store always is following and exceeding food safety and sanitation standards. You need to try them out, they are fast and reasonably priced.

Glad they were open for the holiday, but the amount and quality of lettuce is extremely disappointing. Not only that but they had a podcast blaring over the speakers and couldn't "understand" a fellow customer when they were placing an order.

Wife got the BLT with very little and old lettuce. Service was abismal as one of the workers didn't even come up to the register to help us. The other worker had long hair and did not have a hair net and did not keep it under their cap. My sandwich was fine but they put way too much mayo on it. The worst part of all of this is that my drink (a sprite soda for the tap machine) had floaters in it and I am pretty sure they haven't cleaned it in a while.

I placed and paid for an order fifteen minutes before my lunch. I went to pick up the order but it wasn't there. Mr. Rude stop making sandwiches and tried to cause a scene because I didn't bring my cellphone with me, with proof of the order. Telling me that he wasn't going to have me speak to him in that way...not sure what way he was referring to since I only spoke to him when he asked how I placed my order. Seeing brown skin makes some people go on the offense. It's OK, Mr. Rude; I will not patronize Jimmy John's again because your words were void but the manner in which you delivered them screamed racism and were very apparent.

THE sandwich spot for university city. The staff is very friendly and I always see them engaging with their regulars. Makes it feel like more than just another chain sandwich place.

I purchased a 30 piece sandwich box for my staff. When I went in to pick up my $87 order, I asked the worker at the counter, if the condiments were on the side. He informed me that he was the store owner, and "They don't do that at his store". I asked if you are allowed to customize your sandwich, and his reply was "yes". He went on to say "We are not PRIMOS", and that he could just give me some hot peppers , mayo, and mustard on the side(This is all I wanted in the first place). I went on to ask why he even mentioned PRIMOS. I told him next time I will go to PRIMOS. I will not be back for the sarcasm and bland sandwich's.
The counter service was good and Little Roast Beef Sandwich was delicious! Had to talk myself out of going back for a second one. ? The service was quick, friendly and the Oatmeal Raisin Cookie was amazing! Stop by Y'all

This Jimmy John's has pretty good service and the guys working there are pretty nice. They always make sure that my order is done right and the food is delicious every time I order something there.

This Jimmy John's has pretty good service and the guys working there are pretty nice. They always make sure that my order is done right and the food is delicious every time I order something there.
