Definitely a hidden gem! I got a recommendation to visit Jopok Topokki, but when I searched it up, the Korea locations showed up first! We ended up with enough food to serve a small army since there were so many things to try along with the tteokbokki- the portions were generous and VERY filling. Everything in the Handmade Fried Set was perfectly crispy and not greasy, and the Fish Cake Skewers are a great add-on if you're extra hungry (we were stuffed).Heard someone call in to place a takeout catering order and I might have to steal that idea to get a party tray of Rosé Topokki for my next potluck...

The service was amazing. I order the curry rice with fish katsu and it was delicious. There was a big piece of fish katsu with loads of curry sauce. Very balance out. It also came with diced carrots and potatoes. Tbh it was a little too filling. I couldn't finish all the potatoes. Quite a lot. The cashier was very nice and she even came to my table to ask me how I was doing and do I need a take out container to go. Never receive that kind of nice service for eating at the food court !

If you love topoki, then Jopok is the place to be. Though, not so much like the traditional, street market version, I actually prefer Jopok's version. Small rice cakes with a spicy, sweet sauce. Delicious. My favourite one to get is the Cheese Topoki. Topoki is not the only thing that's sold, too. They sell rice platters, kimbap, blood sausage, even dessert and more. Staff are friendly and the food is cooked within a reasonable time frame, depending on how busy the market is.Parking: The restaurant is within H-mart supermarket.

I got the rosé tteokbokki and it was so delicious! The sauce was really rich and it was the perfect amount for a dinner meal. The woman who took my order was really sweet and found where I was sitting to let me know my order was ready. I would definitely come back again!

Omg hands down the best of best korean authentic snack food place within Hmart Owners are super kind and sweet. We went in without realizing all the food court is closing at 7:30pm we arrived on the dot and he kindly took my order. I ordered dungchi kimbab and ramen. Kimbab was huge and so delicious!!! I love kimbab and this wad the best in philly! They gave me two side of yellow radish pickle and homemade kimchi which were good! And Before the owner leaves for the day, he put one bottle of water on my tray! What a kindness ! Because i was so busy ordering food before the closing, i didnt think to order water, turned out it was much needed for me I cannot wait to go back for more and try something else as well!! Highly recommended

Excellent food + service! Been here multiple times and ordered several items -- including the rice cakes, soondae, and fried set -- and everything has been tasty & high quality. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic taste of topokki!

This place's taste is that of old Korean road side eatery. It is very hard to recreate this taste at home.Guess the secret is in the sauce.I tried their fried items and all of them are good. All their items also remind me of old Korean style. All based in glass noodle, a right fit for rice cake, again for old timer. The current counter service is very nice and kind.I hope this place survive and continue the service.

The food was really, really good. Also, the staff are really nice. I would give this restaurant a 100 star, if I could. Absolutely recommend the #4 with cheese and the blood sausage. This restaurant is really popular in Korea and in California, and the food really lives up to the franchise name. Wishing this restaurant success as its food is a true treasure, and everyone should try! We visited HMart for this tteokbokki and you won’t regret doing the same!

Best Korean “Bunsik” I had in a while. The owner is very kind and follows up if the foods are good even if it’s located at food court. Great place to eat before or after shopping!
