I paid over 100 dollars to get my bike assembled here and my wires got damaged I was not able to ride my bike for months because of this

Kayuh is the real deal. This is my weekend pit stop on the way to the wiss/SRT from South Philly for a quick refuel. The baristas and mechanics both have really genuine customer service. I went to four other shops to try and get a stuck pedal removed, none could help until Kayuh. Got my bike tuned up in the process and it’s running smooth! Recently went on a very welcoming group ride with the shop owner and met some new friends! Make sure to grab a Thai Iced Tea while you’re there.

I have purchased through Kayuh Bicycles Urtopia e-bike under the policy of 2 weeks return if the bike doesn’t fit. I have paid $2500 including accessories. After trying the bike I preferred Trek Double Sport +2 e-bike. I have returned Urtopia bike but never received the money back until legal authorities have been involved. Stay away from this place.Henry - You have never answered for calls and messages that have been left for you to explain why you don't return money. I had to contact legal department and via my bank I have received the refund. I assume they forced you to return. It is very shameful what you have done. You can not build any thing on crime.Hope God will lead you and will show the right way.

I thought my wife's bike needed inner tubes and the guy was honest enough to tell me it just needed air, he even adjusted the seat and realigned the chain. He did all this as a courtesy! Much appreciated. I will come back here for any repairs.

This place slaps. The bike service brought me in, but the coffee, banh mi, and friendly chatter with the employees kept me there for a chunk of my afternoon. Love this place, maybe I’ll intentionally break my bike for excuses to stop by and chill.
