I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I put in an order through the app an hour before they were supposed to be closed. It said the order was ready for pickup, but when I got there no one was answering the drive thru, and the front door was locked. An employee came to the door and said that they were out of literally everything and I wasn't getting my order, despite the fact that someone had marked the order as ready to pickup. Avoid this KFC if you can, just go to the KFC/Taco Bell on Old York Rd. At least then you'll actually get food.

Okay so I come here almost everyday for lunch. If not Dunkin’ Donuts, the KFC. I pay everyday using a debit card. I usually order pickup after I place an order online. However the connection at my job hasn’t been the best. So on this past Tuesday, I came in asking for a mini sandwich and fries. It totaled up to almost $10. So I said at that point I would rather pay $10 and get a 2 piece chicken meal.So when after paying, and then receiving my meal. The butch manager chick with the braids & mustache said I asked for a 2 piece chicken sandwich & owed more money. I said no I ordered a 2 piece meal.So instead of arguing, I told her I would pay the extra cents. YES EXTRA CENTS. Not money but cents. She said never mind I don’t have time to change it.So I went on about my day. Now days later, I came in today. She said to the white guy with the glasses, “U gotta watch her she be stealing. I remember her. She got a free meal last time. Watch her. Never mind I’ll ring her up.” So she’s ringing me up as he watches me. I once again ordered the same meal I get all the time & paid the same way with debit.She gonna yell, “wooo! People like getting free meals”. The white guy is still watching me as she says this.At this point I’m not gonna be wasting my money here. Because first of all ain’t nothing wrong with KFC food. It’s obvious that I enjoy it a lot.But the customer service that I received today was just wrong. I work just down the street which is why it’s convenient to get lunch here. But I’ll just stick to Dunkin’ Donuts.

I mean the food was great but the person who helped me in the drive-thru, Janice, made it. She was delightful and friendly and even made a recommendation that saved me a little money (apparently prices of a few items recently changed?). Give that girl a raise!

Doors are locked. So you can only drive though to order. They only have dark meat available. And we had to wait 30 mins for them to cook white meat chicken. They may be under staff hopefully they hire more people or increase the pay so more people would want to work
