Please do not order here they reuse same oil for the chicken. My chicken came out burnt and very salty, I ordered a crispy 8 piece and what I got was dark brown almost burnt salty chicken that I could not barely enjoy , please report this restaurant!

So done with this restaurant in this area because I believe that They purposely leave something out in your order just before I made my order. There was a patron in the lobby saying you forgot my biscuit, and then he proceeded to get my order and purposely left out my biscuit like how did you forget that when you made that first mistake with the first patron and this isn’t the first time I asked for dark meat I got all white meat, I got two breast and a wing. I strongly suggested you check your food before leaving that place and make sure your order is what you’re paying for unexperienced workers with no customer service skills ?

The service here was terrible. There was a line and no one wanted to take any orders. Once I finally got to order the food was fast but the hard tacos were so soggy they might as well been soft tacos. It's as if they were made an hour before and just sat in a warmer.

They did not give all of what was ordered and paid for. When I called door dash they would not refund me so I cancelled dorrdash and going to the bank to fight it. KFC said no refund there food is service is shotty and they lie. They kept over 12.00 in food so their bottom line looks better

I went through the drive thru and specifically asked for white meat and the employee repeated the order to me only to get home and realize I have 2 pieces of dark meat and no straw for my drink! Never again!
