I have never been treated so wrong two time in a row this month here, there this one girl that a bit chubby and had a bun that rolled their eye and talk bad after my order. They acting like I can’t hear them at all and had a horrible attitude talking trash about people. The other girl with a ponytail was very nice when gave it to me and the food was very good and it a cozy place to take a quick photo and hangout a bit, I’ll order again here but never when that disrespectful girl is there.

The food here use to be good...maybe the worker are not sure how to make the riceball seaweed salads, the fries were under cooked, and the bubble tea was still warm and the bubbles were hard(under cooked). Normally everything is pretty good, the last 2 ti.es was not good at all. Custo.er service was good as everyone knows I love good customer service and the atmosphere was crowded with a bunch of school kids who are manerable and talkative but not loud and rowdy. It is always crowed with kids on the internet and pier to pier communication. This is in the afternoons.Parking: If you visit make sure you pay the meter in the middle of the block or you will get ticketed, sometimes you can get a spot in front of the store and you can watch your vehicle while waiting on your order...try ordering ahead from the app. No food though.

Was inside at 9:47 pm . Was looking at the menu for 5 min in front of the staff and she decided to let us know once we approached her that they’re closed. Maybe tell us before hand so we aren’t staring at the menu on the wall for no reason and wasting our time? Weird and

Parking is definitely an issue. Some times I can park right in front of the business, other times I've had to park in a parking lot behind the plaza and walk up. Im not a fan of parking far away to get food to go so thats a bit of a turn off. The location doesn't have the most appealing store front and it even looks like the door is broke but everything inside is clean and quiet.

You can’t spend 8$ plus’s tip on your card. They want you to spend 15 plus’s tip. But I only want one. That minimum is going to scare away your lil customers that only want 1. In the day of age we live in everything’s digital. Also that front door needs some cleaning.

Just ordered some rice balls and fried chicken. Waited for about 20 mins. They did not notify me before hands that they ran out of Spicy mayo for the rice balls. What the f***?! They need better training. This isn't the first time it happens in this KFT! Horrible.

After coming here for years, I can definitely say that I love this place! The employees were very nice, and they greeted me when I came in. Their hospitality makes my day so much better. This one girl, who I think her name was Kayla, made my drink one day. She seems like a nice person!I really like how the atmosphere is pretty chill, and I love the music that plays in there. It's pretty diverse with what kind of music plays every day, but I still enjoy listening to it nonetheless.I ordered a regular milk tea with brown sugar bubbles (highly recommend over the regular bubbles), and it was pretty milky. If you're starting out your milk tea journey, I recommend getting their milk tea if you're in the mood for something milky.Overall, it's a fun little place to hang out and chill! Their drinks are pretty good, and their appetizers are even better! I definitely recommend coming here for the vibes.
