We got two tai teas and they were awful. The color was off and they were incredibly bitter. We didn’t taste them till we got into the car and were sorely disappointed we even paid for it. They were almost undrinkable and we threw them away. The food was ok.

We tried the Hot Cocoa with Hersheys and the Bubble Tea, they were very good, the flavor was perfect. The service was fast and friendly, the place was nice to go with the family. We liked it.

you should not have undertrained teenagers making food. over cooked rice not sure if the crab was good but, Ben and Zoe should not be working there if not under supervision bc they are handing out food that can get people sick.Parking: hard to get in

This location is at my office. I have bee here three times. Every time, the drinks are amazing. I have had the black tea lychee and the mocha. I recently tried their popcorn chicken and I am now addicted to it. Everytime I am in the office, I have it for lunch. The protion is quite ample and the sauce they give is delicious. The chicken is always hot and juicy which is nice.I like the atmosphere of the store. It is clean, modern and a nice place to be if you have to wait for your order if you do not order ahead via their app.Generally, the staff has been quiet and not overly welcoming. Today, the guy behind the counter greeted me and told me to "have a nice day" which is a huge step in the right direction. The staff is not rude but definitely not engaging or overly welcoming.Finally, they seem to do a steady business. When I order ahead, everything is ready right on time. The one time I did not order ahead, it took only a few minutes to make my drink which was nice since there were alot of pick up orders being made.Overall, I love this place. The drinks are fantastic and the popcorn chicken and supremely addictive.

I got the taro boba and it was really good! I asked for half sugar and it was like 1000% sugar. I guess it’s better to ask for no sugar. Now I’ll know for next time.
