I'm am extremely dissatisfied with my last experience here. I made a large order intended for delivery, however pickup was defaulted at checkout. I immediately called, left a voicemail then followed up with an identical order and placing in the delivery instruction for the last order to be cancelled because this is a duplicate order. It is pretty impossible to text when you're ordering from a prison with no access to a cell phone. In todays world and tech, not way you shouldn't be able to cancel and order electronically or speak with a live person. However, after finally getting access to text I requested for the order to be cancelled and was sent a $20 gift card for food I never received. I'd give the customer service a 1⭐️. You literally get more with "HONEY".Secondly, I ordered legs and thighs that were not cleaned, undercooked and slimy on the inside. I was not able to eat it, so more money wasted. I only left ⭐️⭐️ for the tots and banana pudding.

The food tasted GreAt.......They get 4 stars on the service because I've never had bad service....just never really felt that customer service love coming through that window lol always a quick exchange. Which brings me to the atmosphere 1 star rating....seeing as though you can't go in....your atmosphere is based on the outside....lol...it's been VERY cold...that's been the atmosphere.

Have gotten food here a total of 2 times. The first time was decent. The second time (and last time) gave me food poisoning. Ordered the tenders yesterday and I didn’t really notice anything off about them. However, the next day I woke up to a pretty bad upset stomach. I’m still stuck in bed and going to have to miss work tomorrow.Also noticed another reviewer mention the same thing about food poisoning a couple of weeks ago… The tenders are flavorful but if you want to chance getting sick, be my guest!
