It's an ok place. You can have fun and enjoy some snacks while at it. I've been here with my wife a few times. Just hang out and play pool. Another time, we bowled. Just a chilled moment and memories. They charge by the hour for the pool, and the dude at the counter was nice. The bathrooms are not the best but will do.

I came here from abroad and didn’t have a good time. Things kept going wrong, for example at one point a ball got stuck in the machine which stopped all balls coming in. We asked for someone to fix it and it took about 20 minutes before they decided to move us onto another alley. They gave us some extra time but I feel as if they should’ve given us a lot more for making us wait so long. On top of this, they ask for a tip when you pay. As I know in the US they ask for a tip for anything I kindly did. So it felt insulting that after I tipped, things kept going wrong and i’ve tipped them for nothing

My husband and I have come here a few times and really enjoy it! Our favorite bartender is Kaylyn who is always a joy and has great customer service. It is a higher price point, so keep that in mind. The food service can be a bit slower, but the bar service makes up for it!

We went to Lucky Strike with a group of 8 people last night. When we arrived it was busy and we ended up waiting 2 hours to even get a lane. They put us all on one lane since it was crowded, so it took longer to bowl. They should have put us on two lanes of 4, so that we could have played an entire game quicker. We got to round 5 out of 10 and our lane stopped working and flashed a message saying "see the front desk if you want to start a new game". We were all confused because we were only halfway through. We went to the desk to tell them the issue and they said since there were people waiting they do a time limit instead and it's time for the next people's turn. They did not tell us this at the time of purchasing the lane, which was $145. We were trying to have them allow us to finish the entire game and we had only been bowling for an hour and a half. We had waited around for a lane longer than we had bowled at that point. The staff was not helpful and did not care that we only played 5 frames. They only offered us 10 minutes time add on, but refused to let us play out the rest of the game. We still had all of our drinks, a full power tower, and the food at the lane. The food had came out super late about 10 minutes before our lane shut down. We will not be returning here due to the ridiculously outrageous prices and the horrible customer service.

My friends and I enjoyed the food, but we were told we had to wait 20 minutes and we were still waiting an hour later. We didn't even get our drinks with our food...? that's not crazy ? They gotta do better with their service. When we finally were seated and started bowling, everything was fine and the scenery is nice, but the service was the main problem.

Haven’t even been here but giving it 1 star bc 230 dollars for 2 people to bowl is outrageous. Who ever is in charge at this place should go to bed every night with massive amounts of guilt knowing they’re a terrible person
